I cant say enough positive things about this item. I bought this for myself for Christmas and i have not regretted it. I have vinyl plank flooring with various sized rugs throughout my 2,000 sq. Ft.home. The Shark can handle it all with no problems. Great mapping and battery life. I dont have to lift a finger. It is all.controlled from a userfriendly app. I absolutely love it!

I real love this machine, it’s so quiet that I look for she is. The only noise she does is when empty the basket but that is ok. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Love this machine. Bought an iRobot a few years ago because the reviews were so great. It did not do a good job and didn't last long. Tried this shark. It is amazing! Love the docking station. It goes around the house, docks and empties then goes back out. When you have 3 dogs with a lot of sand, this is wonderful!

Fantastic vacuum. It maps out the house then allows user to set boundaries for rooms using the app. The ability to schedule cleaning is awesome but they need to add the ability to schedule certain rooms verses entire house. Overall, vacuum does exactly what it is suppose to do and is able to manage different floor heights when changing to tile/wood etc.

I replaced my cheap robot vacuum with this robot vacuum and I'm so glad I did! I schedule my vacuum to run during the night so I don't even have to see it working. The app allows me to sked when my vacuum runs and to block certain areas. After vacuum runs, you can use the app to see the area that was cleaned and how long it ran. I love that, if its bin gets full, it will return to dock, empty it's bin and return to where it left off (same for recharging). I recommend.

The new shark matrix has been pretty good. It seems to clean well. Like the mapping feature, except that it tends to go in rooms that are not on the map. We named her Zippy.

First Shark robo vacuum I bought was awesome. This has some great features but is disappointing when it comes to dependability. Battery has to recharge halfway through house. My home is less that 2000 sf! When it starts back up it goes back over what it already did.

I bought this for my elderly parents. Bad move since they don't have smart phones and without one this robot doesn't work. It has to connect to wi-fi, you have to have the app to get it to work, it takes forever to get set up and forever to do its job. It failed as something that could've helped my parents and we were all disappointed. So I brought it to my house to use while I decided whether to keep it or not. It took forever and was very complicated to get working and it took over 2 hours(!) to vacuum my home and even then it didn't do everything it had mapped. It also kept returning to the docking base but I'm unsure whether it was to recharge or empty. Bottom line, it's not a vacuum for those who aren't tech savvy, it takes forever to clean a house, just not something I'd buy again and I'll probably return it as I already have a Deebot Robot that does a very good job in half the time.

I called stating the box of the robot vacuum was damaged.not the packing box. No one called me back. I took picture of box but unable to upload . I hope it works ok
