Love it! Yes it gets stuck easy, I just make sure I have things picked up! I run it daily with 2 dogs. Battery doesn’t last too long. It does 2 rooms goes back to charge, comes out to finish. But I love it!

I expected Better, It runs into more issues than my old Shark does. Does not appear to be running the pattern I expected. Doesn’t get close to the wall or couches. Sadly I can’t run it and have alarm system on. Just a bit disappointed.

Exceeded all my expectations. I have a dog that constantly sheds and this keeps up with it more than I could myself. Also the price was super,why pat $200,$300,$400 on something similar.

Love this robot vacuum cleaner! It maps out the house very efficiently and returns to the dock when it needs to empty, then goes back to the exact location where it left off cleaning. I have several throw rugs and area rugs and it doesn’t have a problem navigating onto these raised areas. It cleans very well also.

We are working through some things with this robot. It will not clean our 1,800 sf. house on a single charge; it must re-charge halfway through. It also gets lost frequently. But it cleans very well and isn't too noisy, so if we can work out these startup issues I'm sure it will be fine.

Seems to clean pretty thoroughly and usually avoids getting stuck. Still has a tendency to get lost at low battery levels. Battery life is ok a little over 1 hour. Self emptying feature is nice. Ability to clean specific rooms is a good addition, now just need to be able to put rooms on a schedule instead of the whole house.

I am very happy with this vacuum. I have owned a Shark before and that has been used for years without issue. I have never owned a robot vacuum before, however, and was a little worried about how difficult programming my space would be. I should not have been worried because It was super easy, it mapped my living space all by itself. One of the reasons I wanted this vacuum is to pick up the litter my cat tracks and it has done an excellent job cleaning it up. I also like the fact that I can tell it to clean specific rooms. When vacuuming my entire space the robot fills up but it will go "home" unload the debris and then come back to where it was to finish the job. I also appreciate that it has a self-cleaning function on the brush roller.

I love it!! It vacuums amazing!! My cleaning lady even couldn’t believe how well kept my floors were in between cleanings. All I did was run “Cinderella” Shark twice. No sweeping or other vacuuming. The best money I have spent and it was marked down $130 😁

We like the Shark matrix robot vacuum with docking station because it does a very good job of vacuuming the house. I like that it didn’t cost a lot compared to what u can pay. We payed about 350$ which included a 3 year protection plan. It mapped the house and then we told it to start vacuuming. We have 2 cats that shed so it does a good job of cleaning their hair. It also does a good job of transitions from hardwood floor to ruggables. You cant tell it to spot clean or clean 1 room. It only does the whole house. Also only 1 setable time of day to start cleaning if u want. We have it cleaning about 1250 sq ft of house and is done in about an hour. It usually goes back to docking station about 2 times to empty during that time. We have had it about 3 weeks and would buy again. For the price compared to what u could pay for a top of the line we like it a lot. Glad we bought it!

This is our first robo vacuum. My daughter had one that was a different brand. She was in love with hers. I have used Shark products in the past and have been really satisfied. So, I purchased a Shark Matrix Robo vac. Finding the right place to put our Matrix was a challenge. The instructions are very strict on placement. We found a spot, but it didn't comply with the directions. So far, no problem. Mapping the house was pretty straight forward, but the map of the house didn't look like our house at all. I mapped our house twice; it still didn't look right. Well, I was able to figure it out and realized the map of my house was an abstract view of our house. The vacuum does pick up a good amount of "stuff" from the floor. The only issue I have is this: I sent "Hazel" to vacuum the whole house. Now my house is not huge, approximately 1950 sq ft. It took the vacuum 3 charges and over 8 hours to clean the house. I expected a somewhat longer vacuuming time. But other than that we love our Shark Matrix.
