I'm giving this a 4 for right now because I've only had it for two days. Getting it on my network was a breeze, I then started a map of my house. It created the map but I can't tell what room is what. What I did is pick a room and tell it to go clean. Then I would see where it went and label the room. I couldn't decide between this and the Roomba I3 EVO and this, I decided on this because it doesn't need bags. It seems to clean very well. My rugs look great after a matrix clean. I'll update this review when I've had it a while.

Robot has gotten stuck several times. Very noisy.

It was a gift. My daughter is enjoying it.

This is an excellent robot vacuum. Relatively quiet, sel-emptying and the mapping feature works great! Easy to identify specific rooms to vacuum.

Excellent little vacuum the only issue I have with it is connectivity with my modem I am still unable to get it to connect.

This vacuum works very well. I have a lab and it really helps with all his shedding. The only reason for the 4 stars is it will get stuck.

This vac works great. We have a dog that sheds profusely, this vac can handle it. Waste bin is easy to empty.

I love my new Shark Matrix Vacum. It is quite, goes to each room vacums, returns to dock empties it's self. Works great!!

The Shark does an excellent job of cleaning both carpet and floors. Enjoy the self emptying aspect. Easy to clean the device. Love it!

Gets lost a lot going back to the base and recently it stops about a foot in front of the base and just sits there until the battery dies.
