I did charge it completely before even attempting to program it. It was fairly easy to set up to internet as well. It picked up dog hair and did pretty good at picking up the small things. It's pretty good and I really like it. I don't think there's anything I don't like about this.

This package comes with everything you need to get started including a filter, side brushes, washable mopping pads, and even vacmop starter solution! It was fairly easy to set up and map out our areas and areas to avoid. My kids got a kick out of naming our vacuum. I'm beyond impressed with the features including the app and the fact that you can use voice control. This vacuum can clean my entire house, from carpet to hard wood, even kitchen tiles. The Shark IQ 2 in 1 is very powerful! Absolutely love this robot vacuum!

Shark vacuum’s never disappoint me. This one has great power to clean and to wash your floor. I love the app and the map feature. I have a dog that sheds lots of hair and it’s great for cleaning the hair up.

If I bumps into something it just goes around it without missing any carpet space. I like you can set it to do just a 5x5 area so I can keep the area in front of the couch clean without having to run the entire cycle. Picks up all the dog hair and keeps my carpets clean. No more having to get out the vacuum a few times a week. This is the best robot vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG this Shark 2&1 is amazing! Unboxing and setup was super easy. I put it together and setup my app while it was charging (recommended 1st charge 6hrs). Once the app is downloaded (all you need to do is scan the QR code located on the instructions), follow the instructions and you are ready to go! The app walks you through how to name your shark and how to link to your Wi-Fi. You can also control your shark on your phone. What makes this shark amazing is that it talks to you! It doesn’t get any better than that! The shark will map out each room, you name the room and tell the shark what area it needs to clean. I use the mopping for my kitchen area and the Vacuum for my living room, hallway and bedrooms. The shark will tell you when the battery is low and when to empty reservoir. I love love love my queen Latifah Shark 2&1!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot is much quieter than a different brand I had previously. It cleans pretty well, and it’s relatively quick. Overall is a solid choice but I don’t love the app. With other brands you can schedule the cleaning by room - for the Shark you can schedule by time, but it cleans the entire floor, there is no option to choose room. So I never use the schedule clean because of this, which is a drawback. It would be a zillion times better today it better app. Also emptying the dust bin can be messy, the way that it opens to clean it is awkward. The addition of the mopping feature is really nice and easy to use. The technology of the robot itself is much better than other brands, but it really need an improved app.

Once I downloaded the app I was up and running and able to get the vacmop to map my area. I like that I can program it to run during scheduled times. It’s good at object avoidance, and my floors look clean. What else could I need? I find it easy to use now, and easy to empty. The solution that comes with it to mop works well and my floors look good. I don’t think it’s too loud, and I like not having to vacuum or mop myself.
