I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked, it really cleaned my carpet and hardwood floors. The instructions are somewhat limited even after downloading the app. I haven’t figured out how the trash will be emptied and other operational questions. That is the only problem I’ve seen so far.

Great investment!

So far I’ve only used the vacuum and love it! Haven’t tried the mop yet. The only problem was getting it set up. There is only a Quick start picture card in the box, no actual user manual. You have to go online for that. The software that runs the robot is not user friendly. I spent several days talking to customer service trying to get it to talk to my router but once it connected, everything worked just fine! I have to say I’m impressed with how much cat hair it picked up and didn’t clog up the brush roller! It’s great in the kitty litter box corner, too! My only regret is that I didn’t spend another $100 and get the self-emptying model, but that’s not a deal breaker. I wish I had gotten one of these sooner. At 75 years old, I have trouble pushing a vacuum and this is a life saver.

95% of the house gets clean. There's only one rug that only gets about 75% clean. It could be better, but it might be because the rug is about 6 years old, and has been walked on a lot...? But it does a great job vacuuming the rest of the house. Now it is round...so getting right up to the wall doesn't happen perfectly. But I am so busy, having this little shark is a huge help!!! ( I haven't tried the mopping part yet, if this page let's me, I'll come back later and review the mopping part.

We hand a roomba before and it finally crapped out. Sam’s had the shark on sale so figured I’d give it a try. WiFi mapping and control is quite good, and handy for when you want to clean while gone. Only gripe so far is I wish the wall sweep brissles were larger and possibly on both sides. But other than that, great lil helper.

Live in open space living room, dining room etc. It works well but gets stuck on some scatter rugs and a grinding sound when going over he kitchen rugs. Hard to program zones but very useful in keeping living room and open spaces vacuum clean if I monitor the device. It is harder to use the wet features because the pad will go on rugs and dislodge. It performs best when I direct it to flat surfaces like my tile and wood floors. Overall saves me a lot of work daily.

Sometimes it works, but not worth the aggravation

Model UR2450WD intermittently runs itself during the night. Yes you’ll be waking up startled. After you turn it off, it’s very difficult to turn back on. “Forgetting” the robot then adding it back in the app sometimes works. Other times you have to completely delete the app reload the app hoping this step might work. Add your Wi-Fi password, but it’s still may not turn on. (I work in for the ISP, internet troubleshooting dept). Next you talk to the friendly customer service reps, they reprogram it. Saying it won’t run again in the middle of the night… But it does a few months later. SMH! Today’s friendly rep asked me to disassemble the robot to disconnect the battery. If I had used a broom %26 dustpan, the floor would be clean in less time. If I can find the receipt, I’ll return it. Will not be purchasing another shark product……. So very disappointed.
