Amazing! This deserves a honest positive review! I really love my Shark cleaner. It keeps my tile floors clean with way less effort, and I don’t have to stress about stains anymore. I have white tiles, so keeping them clean every day used to be tough, but this has made a big difference. After using it for a week, I ended up buying a second one for upstairs where my birds are. They make a huge mess with fruits and veggies, and the Shark has been a big help with that, just make sure to keep the mopping pads clean after using it.

I rarely leave reviews but felt it necessary for this product. We received this vacuum as a Christmas gift. We set it up a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to map our home pretty accurately. It worked fine the first time but has been pretty much useless since then. It constantly gets stuck in the middle of the room with nothing around and just spins in circles until it shuts down. It rarely finds the dock and just constantly throws error codes. I have cleaned the sensors and tried everything the directions recommend. This product has done nothing but consume my time and I really have no option of returning it since I threw the box out a couple of weeks ago and received it as a gift. I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this product about six months ago and have only used it about 2-3 times a month. does not pick up around edges or corners and spits dust and dirt back out onto the floor, even when the canister is not full.

We wanted this a while back, just didn’t want to spend that kind of money on it. Glad we picked it up on sale and love this robot. It works really well and easy set up!
