The app resets quite often which requires the device to remap and re-run. Also, the "off limit areas" are constantly ignored.

Opened box and the shark had already been used. Hair and dirt wound around the roller. Retuned it to find no others are available.

Wouldn’t map my house, even after 5 tries. Couldn’t tell the difference of a house slipper and would run it over. Operates very loudly.

Only cleans a 5x5 area at a time and you have to manually switch back and forth from vacuum to mop, and the mop tank doesn't hold much liquid

It's a great little auto cleaner. The app is extremely easy to use. The set up for mopping is very easy. Cleaning it out is pretty easy and refilling it is as simple as can be. I have really loved this little device. It's awesome!

I bought this for my daughter who is a teacher, pregnant and has a 19 mo old. She loves her Shark, it saves her time and does a great job. Her husband even noticed how well it performed.

I'm unable to answer the performance ratings since I could not connect to work the thing. No paper instructions, everything is rerouted to a QR code (hello? unsecured source to marketing) and several youtube videos later (clearly, I'm not the only one having connectivity issues), this purchase is going back. Answer here if you need specifics, I'm happy to share.

Mop attachment started to leak so I contacted customer service. They sent wrong replacement part. Called again, and they sent second part that also did not fit. Called again and was told needed part unavailable so they had me send unit back. They sent out a replacement but it was a lesser model that did not have the 30 day self emptying docking feature. Called again and was to I needed to pay $27 for them to send the right model!

Amazing! This deserves a honest positive review! I really love my Shark cleaner. It keeps my tile floors clean with way less effort, and I don’t have to stress about stains anymore. I have white tiles, so keeping them clean every day used to be tough, but this has made a big difference. After using it for a week, I ended up buying a second one for upstairs where my birds are. They make a huge mess with fruits and veggies, and the Shark has been a big help with that, just make sure to keep the mopping pads clean after using it.

This is my first shark robot. Although I own several other shark vacuums prior to this, I have always had the Bissell vacuum mop combination. My only complaint about it was that I have to replace the mop cartridge about every 6 to 12 months. The reason for the bad review on this one is that it does not clean as well as the Bissell; it is extremely hard to clean the vacuumed dust bin. Lots of stuff gets trapped and it’s very hard to clean; finally, it does not have the stamina that the Bissell does. The BISSELL is much more consistent in terms of mopping and vacuuming all the rooms in my home, and also runs for about two times or more the runtime of the shark if you want a good vacuum mop combo go with the Bissell, not the shark.
