So I learned so very interesting about Sam’s club. They don’t honor online pricing. I purchased this item from a brick and mortar store…a few weeks later the exact same item was on sale online… Suffice to say I called in fit a price match. Well to my surprise and dismay, it turns out Sam’s would not price match. What I was told was that because I purchased it in store, I’d have to return the current and then purchase the lower priced item. Now, I may be wrong for feeling like I wasn’t valued or am I? You’d think the Walmart conglomerate could afford its customers a bit more convenience, considering we bring them a crap ton of money.

I rarely leave reviews but felt it necessary for this product. We received this vacuum as a Christmas gift. We set it up a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to map our home pretty accurately. It worked fine the first time but has been pretty much useless since then. It constantly gets stuck in the middle of the room with nothing around and just spins in circles until it shuts down. It rarely finds the dock and just constantly throws error codes. I have cleaned the sensors and tried everything the directions recommend. This product has done nothing but consume my time and I really have no option of returning it since I threw the box out a couple of weeks ago and received it as a gift. I do not recommend this product.

Mop attachment started to leak so I contacted customer service. They sent wrong replacement part. Called again, and they sent second part that also did not fit. Called again and was told needed part unavailable so they had me send unit back. They sent out a replacement but it was a lesser model that did not have the 30 day self emptying docking feature. Called again and was to I needed to pay $27 for them to send the right model!

Several days ago I returned a roomba to another seller due to extreme noise and getting stuck on rug edges frequently. This shark is so quiet I haven't noticed it (and my 70 lb dog hasn't gotten in my lap). In two days it has not gotten stuck once on rug edges. Gets the dog hair. Only minor issue is it is taller than some other robots and can't get under all furniture.

I'm unable to answer the performance ratings since I could not connect to work the thing. No paper instructions, everything is rerouted to a QR code (hello? unsecured source to marketing) and several youtube videos later (clearly, I'm not the only one having connectivity issues), this purchase is going back. Answer here if you need specifics, I'm happy to share.

Love it, I used it every day, I have 3 dogs and my floors always are clean ❤️❤️
