Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop with Home Mapping, Bonus Dual Edge Side Brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum for everyday cleaning.  It saves me so much time by keeping my floors clean without any effort on my part.  Now I only have to get out my big vacuum for deep cleaning.  It's been a big help for my son's allergies!

Already having issues

Love this machine! Does a great job on my hard floors. Of course you still need to do deep cleans but for maintaining this robot is great!

Shark 2-1

I use it upstairs with all carpet for now.
It works great. I am excited and happy. I only now wish for one thats can do the stairs. Maybe in 5 years?

Great Vacuum

Item worked for one single sweep and then stopped working, throwing an error code of red and green lights.  After several rounds and back-and-forth with the Shark Company, their customer support determined that a replacement under warranty was in order.  Received the new item and it has been working well.

Dead on Arrival

I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked, it really cleaned my carpet and hardwood floors. The instructions are somewhat limited even after downloading the app. I haven’t figured out how the trash will be emptied and other operational questions. That is the only problem I’ve seen so far.
