[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming right out of the box it is almost ready for use. Just a couple of things to put on and the directions are easy to follow. Now the part that took the longest was getting it to pair with the app I'm not sure if it was my internet but it took forever. You can run it without the app but I find it goes all over the place and especially when mopping it won't know where to go where that isn't carpet. I'm not sure why but it only has 1 sweeper thing to attach and not 2 of them but it does come with an extra. I feel it does great on carpet and really gets all the hair from my dog. On tile I feel it misses some stuff. The best part is the mopping feature you simply attach the water unit to the back of it and it mops and sweeps at the same time. It does go slower when mopping but I feel it really gets it clean that way. You can simply wash the mopping pads after each use and reuse them. I have it on a schedule so no need for me to constantly ask it to clean it does it for me. The canister is rather small but I usually can have it run 2 times before I need to empty it. Overall I'm very happy with the ease of use and quality from this vacuum.

The robot vacuum makes a map of your house and does the work of vacuuming for you. It is easy to set just one room or many room to clean. I also love that I can mop and vacuum at the same time with the mop attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot worked like I thought it would. It is a bigger robot than I expected. You can connect to the app but the robot will work without doing that. The robot was quite noisy on my wooden floors but when it went into the kitchen it was quieter. I felt it cleaned rather well. I really liked when the battery was running low the robot went back to the charging station. It was really fun to watch it do the work.
