[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say, a robotic vacuum that does all the work itself, how can I NOT love it. My wife loves it even more. She usually does the vacuuming and mopping when she works from home so this just saved her a ton of time. It was VERY easy to set up and map our home. My wife was able to get this up and running within 20 minutes and she is not the most technologically savvy person. It has 3 different levels of clean, "max" being the most. We have used it on the middle level only and it has gotten the job done on both tile and rugs. It also has a mop feature... this was a bit harder to "map" around our throw rugs throughout the house so we probably won't be using this option much. The vacuum does its thing... it takes about 20 minutes on our 615 square foot condo. If you have a big home, you will definitely need to recharge or get multiple of these. By the time it's done cleaning our home, it has used about 30% charge. It goes back to hits "dock" by itself and it's as simple as that. We do make sure to move stray items off the floor before it starts like shoes, dog toys, small throw rugs. I recommend everyone getting one of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the the Shark IQ 2-1 robot. It is a hassle-free way to keep your floors and carpets clean. The set up is incredibly easy by following the step-by-step guide on the Shark app and Shark was up and running in our home within minutes. It is impressive how well the Shark can map your home and the app makes it easy to identify high-traffic areas and areas for Shark not to clean, as well as designating the carpeted and uncarpeted portions of our home. Although our house is chopped up into several rooms, it was able to map it out and maneuver effortlessly around the different spaces. Switching between the vacuuming and mopping feature is also simple and it is nice that the mop can be washed and then reused. It is impressive how much dust Shark sweeps up and its mopping is very methodical, and quit honestly, more thorough than doing so by hand. The Shark 2-1 is the perfect cleaning companion for a busy household and you can schedule Shark to clean when you are not home or instantly have it clean at a moments notice. The Shark 2-1 robot not only has saved us hours of time per week in cleaning but, honestly probably does a better job with its IQ technology.

I’ve waited a couple of months to give this Shark AI robot vacuum cleaner a thorough review so that I would have the opportunity to fully discover its pros and cons. We recently moved to a new home, so when we first set up the robot vacuum cleaner, the house was in disarray and I was worried about the mapping function - given that we had not arranged our furniture the way we wanted it, or even purchased all our new furnishings. So I figured it would take some time to truly assess how the robot vacuum performed and adjusted as we settled into the house. While our previous robot vacuum cleaner (that we retired once we moved into this new home) was not a Shark model, we are familiar with Shark vacuum cleaners. One of the three handheld vacuum cleaners we own is a Shark, and we also own the Shark HydroVac XL 3-in-1 Vacuum, Mop, and Self-Cleaning System. We have a generally favorable view of the brand and were excited to try this robot vacuum out. Overall, we have definitely found this to be an upgrade from our previous robot vacuum cleaner and it performs much better - but not without a few minor issues which I will outline below. PROS: - Set up is quite simple and does not take a huge amount of time. The functions are relatively easy to figure out and we managed to get the robot vacuum launched and running quickly - sending it out to map the house. - It performs extremely well on our hardwood floors, and thankfully, the vast majority of our home consists of hardwood flooring. - We are satisfied with the vacuum and mopping features. Having owned robot vacuums before, we understand that they are not meant for deep cleaning but to perform regularly daily maintenance to prevent your house from becoming overly filthy in between actual manual deep cleans. If you keep this in mind and are not expecting deep cleaning wonders, then the performance will likely meet expectations for the most part. - Having the self-empty bin is highly convenient and we don’t feel the need to supervise the vacuum as much, which often defeats the purpose of having a robot vacuum. Sometimes, with our old robot vacuum, it would stop cleaning because it needed to be emptied and we were not around to do it. - Navigation, while not 100% flawless, is much better than previous robot vacuums we have owned so far. - This Shark robot vacuum goes back and forth over spots, and seems more thorough with cleaning - especially since it makes an effort with edges and corners. - It performs pretty well with pet hair, which doesn’t seem to jam it up or get tangled very much. - The suction is strong for a vacuum this size! - You can set up no-go zones via the app. - The app is quite functional, and while I felt that it lacked a few features that I would have liked to see (such as the ability to track the vacuum’s movements remotely and see where it is in the house, and the ability to name some rooms correctly because the app just does not offer those room names, like guest bedroom), it still offers a lot of helpful options that should satisfy a lot of the average user’s needs. And while the wish features we found lacking would have been very nice to have, we ultimately find ourselves doing fine without them. CONS: - Mapping in the app is kind of a mess and not very intuitive. I felt that this could have been better designed. - While the robot’s navigation is better than our old robot vacuum, we felt that it had difficulty generating a very accurate map. We are not sure if this could be attributed to the fact that we had just moved in, as I mentioned, and things were in constant disarray. Between the robot and the app, it took us a while to get the mapping sorted to our satisfaction. I highly recommend that you do not do what we did by setting up the robot vacuum while your house isn’t in perfect order with 100% clear pathways. Wait until your home is tidy and more or less the way it normally appears. - The self-empty bin is so helpful but in our household at least, it fills up faster than the product claims. Having said that, we are a pet household, so we might have more debris than the average house. - While this is a dual action robot vacuum and will clean both hard floors and carpet, I find that it sometimes has issues switching between the hardwood floors and a rug. Of course, a rug is not a carpeted floor, and I don’t know if this is an important factor. We don’t have any carpeted floors so I cannot comment on how it performs in that regard. However, there is some clunkiness and inefficiency around cleaning and navigating around small rugs (especially if the robot vacuum is trying to mop the floors and one of the rugs is in the way). We are still trying to figure out the best way to have the robot vacuum not run over the rug with a wet mop attachment and get it wet - which could happen even if it does not actively “mop” the rug. - The robot vacuum is a bit noisier than we expected. Overall, we are still very happy with this robot vacuum and it’s the best one we have owned so far. If you are considering buying one, I definitely recommend investing in the version with the self-emptying chamber. It has made our life a lot easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a wonderful Robot Vacuum! We have pets so the need to vacuum is Everyday! I no longer have to drag the big handled vacuum cleaner out on a daily basis. Now that we have the Shark 2-in-1 Robot, the floors get cleaned without my help. This unit is not silent but I wouldn't expect it to be. It's a vacuum!! However, it is much more quit than the previous one we had. I'm very pleased with the vacuum capabilities and even more impressed that it can even MOP my floor! Setup was fairly easy and I thought the robot did a great job at mapping the area of the house. It's really a great unit!

So there are two in one robot…cleans row by row, mops your whole home. This will work for someone with a larger home not for a small apartment in the city.

We named her “Clean Latifa” I love that I can map her where I want her to go she has three different vacuum modes. It can do your whole house, a certain room or even a spot! It has a setting where you can make sure it won’t mop your rugs and also it has a setting where if you can’t find your robot you can signal for it and it makes a noise. Super convenient. It also has a setting where you can schedule your vacuum to run during a certain time, if robot gets stuck it will tell you the code of what’s wrong which you can find on the app. Charging takes about 2 hours total but it completes my house before it dies and my house is kinda big. You can control it on the app so if its about to die you can make it go back to the dock or it will go when ur starts to die. So many great things to say about this robot. Cleaning it out is convenient and you can re use your mop pads after washing! Don’t worry about the suction, I attached a picture below showing it works great, it tried to suck up half my husbands shorts!

I love that this bot maps my house and gets everything up in one run. The setup is extremely easy and effortless. I simply downloaded the app let her charge and after it was done it mapped my house! I have it set to vacuum while I'm at work so when I get home I can rest! You will not be disappointed In this vacuum!
