I replace my old roomba with this shark, loving it so far

My house is cleaner using the robot. I empty the dust bin after each cleaning. The mop attatchment gets attached when you are ready to use it.

Love it so far!! Does a great job cleaning. I ended up getting two. One for upstairs and one for downstairs.

The Shark Matrix 2 in 1 Robot is Best Purchase it make cleaning easy!! This vacuum and mopping Robot does an amazing job on my hard floors and carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot. I have a few Shark Vacuums and products so I was very excited to try this out! The Shark came nicely packaged with protective film and it was already assembled. It included an extra mopping pad and a generous sample of solution for the water reservoir. I downloaded the Shark app on my iPhone and followed the instructions. The setup was extremely easy thanks to the simple-to-follow instructions on the included manual and in the app. Within minutes, my Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot was connected to Wi-Fi and ready to map my house. I would recommend moving things out of the way during this process like; clothes, shoes, toys, cords and other obstructions. The Shark will avoid these anyway but you want to get an accurate map of the rooms in your home. I don't have a very large house, so this process took about 20 minutes. Once I had the layout on my phone, I was able to label the rooms and re-map if I wanted to. There are all kinds of options you can have the robot do like: vacuum certain rooms, avoid certain areas, clean the whole house, clean at certain times of the day, spot clean and even mop. You can make all these choices within the Shark app and on the robot itself. I was actually very surprised at how well this cleaned my whole house within a half hour and when it's done it returns to the charging dock. It holds a decent amount of debris and charge! It also doesn't miss a spot while cleaning thanks to the "row by row" function. If it knocks into anything, it changes the course but still goes back to anything it's missed. The mopping function is basically the same way. You fill the reservoir with water, add the solution and attach to the robot. I put the robot in my kitchen and pushed the "clean" button. It mopped the whole kitchen while vacuuming the extra dirt. I love how thorough this function is due to the row by row and swirl pattern. After I was done, I just tossed the pad in the laundry to be re-used for next time. My wood floors and kitchen floors have never been cleaner while using this. It does a much better job compared to my other wet/dry vacuum. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with this Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot. It is very powerful, intuitive and easy to use. I wish I had gotten one much sooner to save me from physically vacuuming/washing the floors multiple times a week due to my dog and kids. I absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is the greatest I’ve used. It gets every nook and cranny. There is no dust or dirt left by baseboards or carpets. I have a medium pile carpet that this robot does quick work of. The container that holds the dirt is perfectly matches for my home size. I don’t have to empty it mid clean which is great. The robot doesnt get stopped by much. I’ve very seldom had to remove a sock or debris from it. The battery life is excellent. I can get multiple full house cleaning from one charge. My home is not very large (999 sqft) so that’s a factor as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little gem really surprised me. I honestly didn’t think it would pick up all the mess from my little pups. It is super strong and picks up tons of dust and hair without having to be empties very often. The vacuum is stylish and compact so easily fits in any room. There is an interchangeable mop head and sweeper attachment that is really easy to switch. It also easily connects to your phone so you can map out your home and start it from there. I also really like that it came with a bottle of mopping fluid and an extra brush replacement for the vacuum.

I like that you can use it just in vacuum mode or you can add the water chamber and it mops as well. It was easy to set up and it does a great job. It comes with an extra mop pad so you can switch them out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing, my dogs bring in a lot of dirt and dander so I’d have to vacuum two times a day just to keep the floors clean. This does it all for you but also mops which is awesome. Every once in a while my dogs will have an accident so it cleans the pee up and mops for me so I can relax lol..
