[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been wanting these for a very long time and so glad we’re finally able to have one. This thing is amazing! The setup maps your house out for you with the lasers on the top. We did do a real good deep clean before using to make easier. Or at least I thought we did, it still picked up sooo much more! The dirt trap is pretty small. Wish we would’ve gone with the auto dump feature. But maybe next time. We have it set on a schedule and it’s perfect. My dogs may disagree, hehe, but it’s the best thing ever! We highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark IQ 2 in 1 Robot is amazing! The vacuum cleaned my carpets quickly with wonderful results. This model also swept and mopped my floors which is a great feature. My floors looked clean and shiny when the robot was done. The only thing the robot does not do is vacuum quietly. This is a fabulous product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming right out of the box it is almost ready for use. Just a couple of things to put on and the directions are easy to follow. Now the part that took the longest was getting it to pair with the app I'm not sure if it was my internet but it took forever. You can run it without the app but I find it goes all over the place and especially when mopping it won't know where to go where that isn't carpet. I'm not sure why but it only has 1 sweeper thing to attach and not 2 of them but it does come with an extra. I feel it does great on carpet and really gets all the hair from my dog. On tile I feel it misses some stuff. The best part is the mopping feature you simply attach the water unit to the back of it and it mops and sweeps at the same time. It does go slower when mopping but I feel it really gets it clean that way. You can simply wash the mopping pads after each use and reuse them. I have it on a schedule so no need for me to constantly ask it to clean it does it for me. The canister is rather small but I usually can have it run 2 times before I need to empty it. Overall I'm very happy with the ease of use and quality from this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an area rug in my wooded/tiled living. I want all the areas to be vacuumed and the non-rug area to be mopped. I learned, that there are 2 ways of doing this. First, add a no-mopping zone. Adding the No Mopping Zone is not precise. It requires multiple tries and re-adjustment. But after a few attempts, you can set it. With this No Mopping Zone and both the attachments attached to the robot, the robot vacuums and mops the living room but does not go onto the rug to only vacuum it. The second way is to run the robot for vacuum only by detaching the mopping felt attachment. It is okay to have a water tank with water attached while vacuuming. This will vacuum my wooded/tiled area as well as the rug area. Once vacuuming is completed then attach the mopping felt attachment and now run it for mopping. Now it will not go over the rug as you have already set up the rug area as no mopping zone. While vacuuming it makes a noise of about 54db and while emptying it goes up to 75db that too for 20 sec or so. So noise-wise it is not bad. This has only one edge sweeper fan. This is not that effective. So in the area like the kitchen, I generally sweep the boundaries myself and ask the robot to do the rest of the work. Although it is said that the duct collector collects the dust for up to 6 weeks, I have not yet emptied it. Super easy setup I highly recommend this vacuum!

I sweep daily because I have 2 cats. I havent swept in days! Its like having a floor cleaning maid. I love it!

The robot vacuum makes a map of your house and does the work of vacuuming for you. It is easy to set just one room or many room to clean. I also love that I can mop and vacuum at the same time with the mop attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to get one of these for a REALLY long time, and finally pulled the plug (yes, I meant that as a dad joke/pun!) and got one. I have a really old home, with multiple levels, so I didn't know if it would work for my house, but it works really well in all of our more heavily trafficked areas. I have two big dogs that shed like crazy this time of year, and it picks up all of their hair really well. Five stars, here!

It is hands down the best one I have ever tried and not only that it also has a mop feature that takes this robot to the next level!! The quality is definitely 100% there and you can tell it is very well made and thought out. i also love that it comes with a cleaner solution and some extra mop pads to start you off. It was so easy to connect to my phone and map out my area, then it does all the hard work for you while you can just sit back and relax. I really recommend this vac/mop system.
