I'm happy to say it totally lived up to my high expectations! The vacuum feature works wonderfully, and the fact that it also mops, blows this machine out of the ballpark! The instructions were very easy to follow, and I had it going in no time. It's quiet, powerful, and a lot of fun to watch and use. I highly recommend this machine, and I think it would make a great gift as well.

You can map out where you want it to go and even places you don't want it to go. You can vacuum and mop both. Ninja products are the best when it comes to being sturdy too. I had a different brand and it didn't last very long. Highly recommend for an AI robot vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted to get a Shark vacuum but I was hesitant because I don't think it would clean nicely and whatnot. But my wife wanted one so we got one. Installing and setting up everything were easy. I thought it was cool when it started roaming around each corner of the house to measure and memorize the spaces and sections. It cleans real quick and efficient, and by the way, we call it baby shark. We like the fact that it goes back to its dock when it's done cleaning.

I'm pleased with the clean that the vacmop cleaner provides and happy with the laundered results of the cloth mop attachment. My new best friend.

The vacuum picks up cat and dog hair that I never even noticed was there. The mopping is wonderful and doesn’t miss a spot. My house smells so clean and don’t have to worry about pet hair all over.

I have had a irobot that broke down and I can say this is just as good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because setting up the app on the android is not easy I actually had to create an account on their website the app would not let me set it up, but once I did this it worked fine.

In the beginning you send the little robot out and it creates a map of your house in the app. You can modify the map or keep it as is. The app is really cool because you can completely control the vacuum and see where it is in the cleaning process from your phone. The vacuum is small and mighty and does an absolutely phenomenal job at keeping my house clean and orderly in between cleaning sessions. The battery lasts for quite a while and I have never had a problem with it dying during cleaning. It is very well made and our robots name is moms helper and it is just that ! I highly recomeend!

This model also swept and mopped my floors which is a great feature. My floors looked clean and shiny when the robot was done. The only thing the robot does not do is vacuum quietly. This is a fabulous product.
