I like that you can use it just in vacuum mode or you can add the water chamber and it mops as well. It was easy to set up and it does a great job. It comes with an extra mop pad so you can switch them out.

You do have to download an app and set it up but it is so worth it. It has made my life so much easier. You program it to do what you need done and it does all the work for you. It does an amazing job mopping and vacuuming. I've been so impressed every time. I would definitely recommend this product. It's a must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's ai but I guess I would get a more intuitive clean as well but I am somewhat let down. It cleans well but the mapping doesn't seem to work well as it still tries to clean beyond the mapping. Overall it's a good little helper. Just have to watch out for it when it cleans so that it doesn't suck up something you didn't intend for it to lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used a shark robot vac for a while now so was wondering excited to give this new one a try with the sonic mop function. The vac part works as good as always with carpets and have noticed no issues in regards to that. I have noticed some wet spots that the mop has not picked up even with mapping out floors out properly. It’s definitely a solid machine but would expect a bit better result for what the machine costs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my living room and I absolutely love it! Easy to set up and get it going so it can vacuum. You can map out where you want it to go and even places you don't want it to go. You can vacuum and mop both. Ninja products are the best when it comes to being sturdy too. I had a different brand and it didn't last very long. Highly recommend for an AI robot vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to upgrade a decade old Roomba. The old machine you just pushed a button and it cleaned wherever it went. This machine is much more complicated, I mean, customizable. You have to first let it map out your home. Then via the app create your zones. You can use the app to determine where it cleans, start it remotely etc. those features are nice, certainly, but I do miss being able to hit a button and watching it go.
