While I definitely prefer my other shark, this one being able to mop is quite the needed bonus when I'm feeling especially lazy to clean the hardwood floors. Not the smartest vacuum I've seen but a great value for what it costs!

I have back problems from two car accidents I had in the past so it’s hard for me to do housework. With this product not only do I have to bend over or exert a lot of energy, but I can just forget it was working for me. This tool picked up a lot of sand and dirt off my wooden floors also. I like how I can use the app on my phone to program what I want the product to do and when.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Shark 2-1 wet/dry robot! It was easy to inbox, charge, start, and run. They have video help if you get confused. I was going to give it 4 stars because it wandered into a room that I didn’t map out but I realized that was user error. The mopping does great for smaller dirty areas. It will do a whole house clean but for stuck on dirt you need the “spot clean” option they offer. It will super clean a 5 ft area. This robot will pick up the smaller and fine dust. It can’t get large items so you have to make sure the area is tidy but it will get a lot more dirt than you think. After running it daily, I’m still amazed where the dirt comes from! It really helps keep on top of the dog hair!

The robot vacuum makes a map of your house and does the work of vacuuming for you. It is easy to set just one room or many room to clean. I also love that I can mop and vacuum at the same time with the mop attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew I needed a device like this until I received my Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot. We set this up for our downstairs since we have half carpet and half linoleum. I have 4 dogs so I am constantly vacuuming and sweeping the kitchen. I was so happy to receive this and get it set up so that I could let the shark handle the vacuuming and the mopping. The hardest part is getting it set up through the app. After setting up it was a breeze. I absolutely love that this can mop my floors as well. The hopper for the hair/dirt/debris is large enough to hold a lot. I have it vacuum up my kitchen/living room after dinner and it picks up everything on the floor. Then all I have to do is simply add the fluid reservoir and the washable pad and the vacuum knows to mop and avoid carpets. The floor is not left wet and the pad is machine washable. It automatically senses when fluid runs out or if the vacuum canister needs to be emptied. If you have a busy life with kids and or pets you need this shark in your life.

With a house full of kids and a dog, I did the floors myself almost every night. The Robot does them now for me, and a deeper clean. The instructions were simple for set-up. The technical support from Shark is amazing. This vacuum/mop lives up to its amazing reviews. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot. Set up was very easy. I stared off with the app, which is amazing it walks you through everything. It maps your home, and sets up off limit places etc. you can edit areas in your home anytime as well. It sweeps just like you or I would up and down and over again. Which gets all the debris. It also has already when something needs attention.

I love that this bot maps my house and gets everything up in one run. The setup is extremely easy and effortless. I simply downloaded the app let her charge and after it was done it mapped my house! I have it set to vacuum while I'm at work so when I get home I can rest! You will not be disappointed In this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the the Shark IQ 2-1 robot. It is a hassle-free way to keep your floors and carpets clean. The set up is incredibly easy by following the step-by-step guide on the Shark app and Shark was up and running in our home within minutes. It is impressive how well the Shark can map your home and the app makes it easy to identify high-traffic areas and areas for Shark not to clean, as well as designating the carpeted and uncarpeted portions of our home. Although our house is chopped up into several rooms, it was able to map it out and maneuver effortlessly around the different spaces. Switching between the vacuuming and mopping feature is also simple and it is nice that the mop can be washed and then reused. It is impressive how much dust Shark sweeps up and its mopping is very methodical, and quit honestly, more thorough than doing so by hand. The Shark 2-1 is the perfect cleaning companion for a busy household and you can schedule Shark to clean when you are not home or instantly have it clean at a moments notice. The Shark 2-1 robot not only has saved us hours of time per week in cleaning but, honestly probably does a better job with its IQ technology.
