I have owned several robot vacuums from different brands and so far, this one has picked up the most crud in my home. The setup is super easy and does take several hours to charge. It mapped pretty much every inch of my home with the exception of very hard to reach spaces. It is very quiet compared to its competition and is not distracting. I love being able to setup zones and schedule it to run while I am not home. Not only does it vacuum, it mops as well. It has done a fantastic job in my kitchen and bathrooms and keeps the rooms smelling fresh. I only had one issue connecting it to the app but it was a user error. Overall, I love this Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best robot vacuum I have ever owned. Does it all! It vacuums up all the dirt and pet hair without me having to lift a finger. Also provides wet mop cleaning with attached cleaning mop pad and a great shark cleaning solution. Moves in a and down motion cleaning whether it’s carpet or bare floor. Easy to set up and control. Emptying the dirt is easy. The robot goes back to its charging base to charge for the next cleaning when it is done. Truly the way for cleaning of the future. I love the time it frees up for me. Does a great cleaning.

The layout of my house is fairly simple but I do have objects in the way (couch, tables, chairs) and it avoids them very well. I enjoy being able to start it and come home to a clean house. This far exceeded my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup on this robot vacuum is very easy. After downloading the app just follow all of the directions. I did charge it completely before even attempting to program it. It was fairly easy to set up to internet as well. It picked up dog hair and did pretty good at picking up the small things. It's pretty good and I really like it. I don't think there's anything I don't like about this.

I've always liked Shark products but was skeptical about whether this type of vacuum would work. The set up was really easy and once I set it up it did it's 1st sweep of the apartment. I was surprised that it zipped along without issue and didn't get stuck. We had vacuumed the day before so I assumed there would be little to empty out of the dust container. Wrong....I was amazed how much crud it still picked up. The mop function cleaned our tiny kitchen floor with ease. The app control works well and is easy to use. Another great Shark product!

The vacuum picks up cat and dog hair that I never even noticed was there. The mopping is wonderful and doesn’t miss a spot. My house smells so clean and don’t have to worry about pet hair all over.

It looks very modern, black and a titanium color which blends in and does really stand out like some other products on the market. This Shark IQ 2 in 1 Robot vacuums and mops but before you can do all that you are able to map out your entire apartment or house. It literally makes life easier knowing I can go to work or the store and come home to a fresh vacuumed home. Although I still tend to use my traditional vacuum just to ensure I get everything. Although I vacuum hardly anything ever goes into my vacuums canister as the Shark picks everything up. In the box you get a sample of the Shark VacMop Solution. You can always go to any store and pick up additional bottle for those that do additional mopping. You don't necessarily need to use this mop feature and can only do vacuum if you want or vice versa but either way you go this will clean your home. The only knock I would have on this is its a bit noisy. its not too excessive but it will definitely let you know its operating in your home. The Shark is kinda on the big size but this is better because its less time it has to travel around your home to clean. This product is amazing. If I ever move into a house and have upstairs I will be sure to get this exact model to keep upstairs. Unless of course Shark designs a product that will crawl up stairs. This had made my life so much easier and I couldn't be happier with this product. Shark you never cease to amaze me and my family with your line of products. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I am amazed at this little robotic vacuum! I never thought it would do a good job, but I really think it does better than I do. When I first emptied it, my husband looked at how much it picked up and was shocked!! It took a couple times to map out our home and get it complete, but once it was mapped, I just go to my app on my phone and press clean, and let this vacuum do its thing. It really does get every spot on the floors and carpets. It goes in straight lines that overlap so that it doesn’t miss any spot!! The charge lasts a super long time, as it cleaned my floors for over an hour without losing power. The fact that it will mop my floors as well as vacuum is incredible. It does a fantastic job on my floors, I don’t even have to sweep before it mops them. I’ve had family come over while it was running and now they all want one. This was super easy to setup, with the mapping of my home as well as with my app on my phone. It also is super quiet, so much more quiet than a regular vacuum. This has taken a job that I hated to do and made me love it!! I actually clean my floors more now than I ever have. Plus, as a bonus, it keeps my cats entertained! This is the best little vacuum/mop and I will Never, ever be without it again!!

I sweep daily because I have 2 cats. I havent swept in days! Its like having a floor cleaning maid. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad we purchased this vacuum! We named her “Clean Latifa” I love that I can map her where I want her to go she has three different vacuum modes. It can do your whole house, a certain room or even a spot! It has a setting where you can make sure it won’t mop your rugs and also it has a setting where if you can’t find your robot you can signal for it and it makes a noise. Super convenient. It also has a setting where you can schedule your vacuum to run during a certain time, if robot gets stuck it will tell you the code of what’s wrong which you can find on the app. Charging takes about 2 hours total but it completes my house before it dies and my house is kinda big. You can control it on the app so if its about to die you can make it go back to the dock or it will go when ur starts to die. So many great things to say about this robot. Cleaning it out is convenient and you can re use your mop pads after washing! Don’t worry about the suction, I attached a picture below showing it works great, it tried to suck up half my husbands shorts!
