This package comes with everything you need to get started including a filter, side brushes, washable mopping pads, and even vacmop starter solution! It was fairly easy to set up and map out our areas and areas to avoid. My kids got a kick out of naming our vacuum. I'm beyond impressed with the features including the app and the fact that you can use voice control. This vacuum can clean my entire house, from carpet to hard wood, even kitchen tiles. The Shark IQ 2 in 1 is very powerful! Absolutely love this robot vacuum!

It also does spot cleaning where it will do a five by five foot area. The mopping is great as well. Plus dumping the debris is a breeze.

The robot vacuum makes a map of your house and does the work of vacuuming for you. It is easy to set just one room or many room to clean. I also love that I can mop and vacuum at the same time with the mop attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this after really wanting one and waiting. I wasn’t sure of how well it would work. This was excellent. It’s a small investment in time to set it up so it knows where to clean, but the instructions are very detailed. I like that it had an app that I can control it from. I have not used the wet mop attachment just yet but will in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Shark 2-1 wet/dry robot! It was easy to inbox, charge, start, and run. They have video help if you get confused. I was going to give it 4 stars because it wandered into a room that I didn’t map out but I realized that was user error. The mopping does great for smaller dirty areas. It will do a whole house clean but for stuck on dirt you need the “spot clean” option they offer. It will super clean a 5 ft area. This robot will pick up the smaller and fine dust. It can’t get large items so you have to make sure the area is tidy but it will get a lot more dirt than you think. After running it daily, I’m still amazed where the dirt comes from! It really helps keep on top of the dog hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say, a robotic vacuum that does all the work itself, how can I NOT love it. My wife loves it even more. She usually does the vacuuming and mopping when she works from home so this just saved her a ton of time. It was VERY easy to set up and map our home. My wife was able to get this up and running within 20 minutes and she is not the most technologically savvy person. It has 3 different levels of clean, "max" being the most. We have used it on the middle level only and it has gotten the job done on both tile and rugs. It also has a mop feature... this was a bit harder to "map" around our throw rugs throughout the house so we probably won't be using this option much. The vacuum does its thing... it takes about 20 minutes on our 615 square foot condo. If you have a big home, you will definitely need to recharge or get multiple of these. By the time it's done cleaning our home, it has used about 30% charge. It goes back to hits "dock" by itself and it's as simple as that. We do make sure to move stray items off the floor before it starts like shoes, dog toys, small throw rugs. I recommend everyone getting one of these!

I figured I'd give this one a try to help keep the cat hair from my older babies and the litter that they track through the house under control. I've only used the vacuum part so far but it's amazing!! I've run it every day since receiving it and I can't wait to try the mop feature soon. I'm so happy that I was wrong. I absolutely needed this vacuum in my house!

I like that you can use it just in vacuum mode or you can add the water chamber and it mops as well. It was easy to set up and it does a great job. It comes with an extra mop pad so you can switch them out.

Your run a map setting to where it maps out your areas. Then you run a clean setting. Whether it just be a sweep or mop or a sweep/mop. I LOVE this thing. I have a new kid. I named him Jaw!
