I really like quiche and will order it when eating breakfast at a restaurant, but have never made it personally. I was really looking forward to trying this and decided to prepare by baking rather than using the microwave, but was extremely disappointed the crust was like mush, doughy, lacked flavor. Even my dog would not eat it! I was extremely disappointed!

I bought this pack of quiche for Father’s Day. Once I got it home I realized it was only egg whites. To be honest, it was sort of dry and didn’t have much taste. I even cooked it a few minutes less. Even after adding salt and pepper it still was just meh.

For the price I figured it must taste really good, but it was so bland that I would have to force myself to take each bite, and if youve ever eaten Tofu in a hospital cafeteria you will understand. I even tried soaking it in a ton of Tabasco just to give it some taste, but by then my taste buds had stopped working, which given how bad this tasted was a real blessing...

I bought these expecting the best because so many things are good at Sam’s, but these were both way too bready (too much crust, hardly any filling), very little taste, not fluffy (which is a must in a good quiche), etc. Don’t waste your money. I was hoping to have a standby when I don’t have time to make fresh, but not happening with these!

This is my favorite brand of pre-made quiche. In the stores at retail one of these would be as much or not more than the two pack. I prefer to leave them in the oven until the tops are a bit more golden and crispy to get the contract of texture. I hope Sam's club continues to carry them because I love these quiches!

Classic Lorraine is appropriately named: it's deliciious and a classic. Cheddar and Broccoli lacks in taste, and solid structure. If the package was strictly Lorraine, we would buy again. Don't bother buying this combo unless you enjoy being satisfied one day and depressed the other.

I've been searching all over for quiche. This really hits the spot it is great for breakfast brunch lunch dinner add a salad add some fruit and he've got an unbelievable meal. I also love that it's made with egg whites so it has less fat and cholesterol.

I would have liked it better if they made it with the whole egg. Why use only the whites? I somewhat liked the Spinach Quiche and then made the Quiche Lorrraine, not so good. Quiche Lorraine is typically made with crumbled bacon. This is made with larger chunks of grisly tasteless ham.

Crust is fantastic and the filling has quality ingredients. Easy, convenient and excellent to eat any time of day. Great when reheated and leftovers. Eat by itself, or I have added sides such as with salad, soup, sandwhich, fruit and sausage/bacon!

The bottom crust was totally doughy and tasted like wet flour. The crust was as thick as the filling. We had the Classic Lorraine and there may have been 4 small chunks of bacon in the entire pie. There was very little flavor to the filling. Overall if I could I wouldn't even give it one star.
