Very disappointed in both flavors of and quality of quiches. I usually make my own but was excited when I found these to try. Never again unfortunately. Crust was thin, not much taste and there was no thickness to the eggs at all. I’ll be going back to making my own!

Classic Lorraine is appropriately named: it's deliciious and a classic. Cheddar and Broccoli lacks in taste, and solid structure. If the package was strictly Lorraine, we would buy again. Don't bother buying this combo unless you enjoy being satisfied one day and depressed the other.

Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook (may freeze before “best by” date for up to one year from date of manufacture). Remove quiche from the carton and plastic wrapping prior to cooking. Conventional Oven: (Preferred method) Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake in foil pan for 23-25 minutes (add 5-10 minutes if frozen) or until center reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes. Microwave Oven: Cut into serving portions and place one serving on a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 2 minutes or until the center of the quiche reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I bought this pack of quiche for Father’s Day. Once I got it home I realized it was only egg whites. To be honest, it was sort of dry and didn’t have much taste. I even cooked it a few minutes less. Even after adding salt and pepper it still was just meh.

This quiche is delicious and a great value. Safeway charges more than twice as much for one!

Very dry. I believe that the crust was too thick.
