I was very happy to find out I could arrange mounting my new tv through Walmart. Just a couple of days after I purchased the set, my install was scheduled. Kevin, the Handy man, was pleasant and professional, and mounted the tv over my mantel just as I wished. He also took the time to make sure I had access to my wifi, all my channels, and could use the new remote and features on the smart tv. It looks great and I am very happy with my experience with Handy.

Douglas was very professional and courteous. He came in and got straight to work. My tv was mounted in less than 35 minutes and it looks amazing. He even gave some tips of some extra screws to keep around. I would definitely utilize his services again!

I paid $149.99 for installation of 75" television and VERIFIED with "Rain" from custo er service via email that two people would be providing installation services. I was sent 2 emails with the names of three individuals and contact numbers (none of the ph numbers were correct). One person showed up. He was great and did everything he could to get the job done but could not mount a 75" TV above a fireplace by himself soooooo two 58 yr old women assisted in picking up a 72 lbs TV over 8 feet off the floor with a step ladder and lowered it onto the mount. The person who actually showed up was here 3 hours for a job that should have taken 30 minutes if the other person had shown up. He was also driving a small vehicle and could not haul off the box for the 75" television which was supposed to be included in the price. The young man was well tipped for doing the very best he could do alone. I have never been this disappointed by a service provider and would not recommend this mounting service in the Franklin TN area.

I bought this tv a week ago. I needed it mounted so I ordered Handy for assistance. The one caveat was that the Mount was already on the wall because I previously had a tv there, but it got broken. The tech only has to put the tv on the Mount, but he did that and he also tightened up the Mount. He was very professional and did it all in a very short amount of time. Thank you Handy

FIrst impression, Michael showed up and was very friendly and personable. Michael installed two TV wall mounts for me and did an awesome job. Michael was thorough and professional. Plus Michael is a Vet and I respected that. I’d highly recommend Michael.

My Handy guy got my 82 inch tv on the wall in less than 30 mins! He was on time and very nice. He made sure to clean up after his job and helped me to carry out the boxes and trash afterwards. I never would have been able to do the job myself so I was happy to have the help!

Justin did a great job and went above and beyond. The TV mount I purchased with my TV at Walmart did not contain the right screws so I had to go out and purchase new screws. While I did that, Justin continued to work on installing the mount to the wall. He was patient and was very informative. He and my husband had a great conversation while they waited for me. It worked out perfectly! Justin was professional and friendly.
