The tech was a named Joe, did an excellent job when we used him at our other house . We recently moved and left the mount for the new owners, purchased an identical mount and called to schedule the installation was very pleased when it was same tech Joe and we remember each other.

The guy who came out to my house was very friendly and knowledgeable about the tv wall mount he did a very good job with mounting my 65 inch Samsung tv on my wall, he even gave me extra screws because the wall mount that I had bought had missing screws to make a long story short he had my wall mount and tv up in about 45 minutes, he also cleaned up behind himself as well which was a plus I gave him 5 stars because that’s the limit but if I could I would give him 10 stars because he was very nice and friendly as well as helpful thank you.

Had a 65 inch TV mounted. Great experience. Used my verification code from my receipt and entered into Handy’s App. Literally took 5 minutes to schedule my service. My assigned installer texted me within a few minutes and was actually able to install my TV the same day. He was professional and the TV looks great.

Esat posts a Pic of the dustings on his floor resulting from the tech wall mounting his TV, does he think they have drills with vacuum suction? Maybe the tech should carry a little dirt devil to vacuum the particles after drilling holes in the wall, then maybe a doggy poop bag dispenser attached to the tool belt to empty into the bag

Kambiz and his son mounted our new TV on the living room wall above the fireplace. They made sure that my TV was safe to mount there and helped pick which mount would be better to use. Kambiz was a little late but let us know ahead of time that they would be running late. I will definitely be contacting him for future assistance on other household set-ups.
