The guy came in he was very polite he found my address with no problem he was in and out very quick I'm very highly appreciative and I would definitely order this service again but not through Walmart because Walmart customer service reps canceled my order and I did not request my order to be canceled I had problems reordering the service but thank God there was a customer service rep at Walmart who did help me out to reschedule my service the service was awesome five stars 10 toes down

When trying to reach out to the "pro" to set a more accurate time of meeting was almost impossible. Then the guy hangs the TV crooked. I asked him to correct it and he says it won't budge. I'm very disappointed that he didn't correct his mistake and I don't feel the bolts are tight enough and I'm afraid that my TV will fall. I have grandkids at my home all the time. I really want someone else to come and check to make sure that the TV is stable and they also can make it straight on the wall.

Couldn't complete task because beams were too far apart for the mount I'd chosen and left me the option of going to the store to buy a different one. This, after my appointment for this job was blown off entirely by the first young lady who called to confirm I'd be there to help lift it then didn't show up.. well I wasn't in mood to leave a young stranger lingering in my yard while I went shopping at Walmart to hunt down a 31 inch beam gap or whatever new requirements I was supposed to find.

Do not order the tv mounting service with your order. I paid for it never got an appointment called twice to cancel because I mounted my own tv. When I called they said I would be refunded. A charge showed up on my account march 5th. I called again and was told I had to reach out to hello tech for the refund. Mind you the service was purchased back in February. I reached out to hello tech. I was told four to six weeks for a check in the mail. Do not get the service through Walmart. Hellotech is very shady and told me they had to let Walmart know I cancelled the service before I could get my money back. It doesn't take four to six weeks for them to take the money. All in all don't get it. I had better luck mounting it myself.

The installer never showed on the scheduled day, Dec 1, 2025, at 8 pm. The third party rescheduled without communicating. The reschedule was today, Dec 4th, 2025. At 7 pm, the driver called, pretending he could not find the building. I came outside and asked what he was driving. He responded that he was in a black SUV, and he marked the job as completed. The installation did not proceed, and he became lost and refused to follow the instructions for reaching the building. And he left.
