This is the second television we've had mounted by Joseph. He does a wonderful job. Very professional and efficient. Didn't take him any time to get it done. And he made sure that we were satisfied before he left.

I think she did a wonderful job. The only thing is i think she did a wonderful job. The only thing I had a problem with was the price of the bracket and it only took a couple screws, but she did a great job.

Elijah who was sent to complete the installation by Angi.com was amazing. He reached out to us the day before and got all of the information he needed. He showed up and completed the job. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Everything went well.

When trying to reach out to the "pro" to set a more accurate time of meeting was almost impossible. Then the guy hangs the TV crooked. I asked him to correct it and he says it won't budge. I'm very disappointed that he didn't correct his mistake and I don't feel the bolts are tight enough and I'm afraid that my TV will fall. I have grandkids at my home all the time. I really want someone else to come and check to make sure that the TV is stable and they also can make it straight on the wall.

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. Had a service scheduled and left work early only to find out it was cancelled with no notification. Tried for 2 weeks to reschedule and never could get someone to take the job. Also never received a refund. 10/10 - do not recommend

Couldn't complete task because beams were too far apart for the mount I'd chosen and left me the option of going to the store to buy a different one. This, after my appointment for this job was blown off entirely by the first young lady who called to confirm I'd be there to help lift it then didn't show up.. well I wasn't in mood to leave a young stranger lingering in my yard while I went shopping at Walmart to hunt down a 31 inch beam gap or whatever new requirements I was supposed to find.

I paid Walmart for the TV installation. Walmart sent ANGI third party to install . ANGI showed up and the installer stated that they could not drill into the wall. Drilling into the wall was what they were hired to do. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOW AI WHICH TAKES YOU ROUND AND ROUND TO NO WHERE). VERY DISAPOINTED WITH ANGI WHO DOES NOT ALLOW THE FULL INSTALLING OF WHAT THEY WERE HIRED TO DO.

installer did not render service.... I didn't have tv bracket/Installer didn't have bracket...called and asked for a refund..never got my funds returned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Again, I am waiting for Walmart to keep its' agreement and complete this service that has been paid . Walmart has greatly failed.

Do not order the tv mounting service with your order. I paid for it never got an appointment called twice to cancel because I mounted my own tv. When I called they said I would be refunded. A charge showed up on my account march 5th. I called again and was told I had to reach out to hello tech for the refund. Mind you the service was purchased back in February. I reached out to hello tech. I was told four to six weeks for a check in the mail. Do not get the service through Walmart. Hellotech is very shady and told me they had to let Walmart know I cancelled the service before I could get my money back. It doesn't take four to six weeks for them to take the money. All in all don't get it. I had better luck mounting it myself.
