guy showed up with no appointment said he would call later. texted with time he would be here. i proposed another day as i would be out of town and he never responded. i never got the installation of the wall mount that i paid for and will be returning.

This was my first time purchasing an item with installation through Walmart. I ordered a 65” TV and a TV mount, and I added the professional mounting service to my cart at checkout. For future customers, here’s how it works since it isn’t explained very clearly: once you place your order, Walmart forwards the installation request to Angi. About two days after my purchase, I received an email from Angi with a scheduled appointment for the TV mounting. If your item hasn’t arrived yet, or if the appointment time doesn’t work for you, you can easily reschedule through the Angi app. In my case, the TV arrived on time, but I needed a different appointment window, and rescheduling was quick and simple. The installer arrived on time and did a great job mounting the TV. He made sure everything looked good and asked if I wanted any adjustments before finishing. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use it again.

couldnt figure out how to cancell this when i purchased out t.v. on the walmart site. We paid 75.00 for this service to install the t.v.. They wouldnt contact me with an installation date that would work for us. I have tried to contact them to set up a time for the install, and cant get ahold of anyone. I have emailed the company, and left messages with no response. Walmart wont refund the install fee of 75.00. Beware when purchasing your t.v., because you cant cancell the install or get a refund, or even contact anyone from the Angi company.

This is not Angie's fault. The people that sent the wall mount sent the wrong one. It did not fit the television side the man that came to put the installation and said he would return when I got the right part now I have the right part I can't get a hold of sigh, so who knows what can be done this time of year suicidal allergic most common side effec this is not Angie’s fault. The installation was excellent Scott did a wonderful job. The only problem with it is I didn't even know he was coming. luckily I was home and everything went smoothly. He was quick efficient very quiet barely knew He was even there. I would definitely order installation when buying a TV at Walmart because if you have it installed by somebody else like the Geek squad it's much more expensive I know from experience. you'd be so lucky if you got Scott!

Angi list is horrible the contractors are horrible unprofessional, no phone etiquette, and do a sloppy job. Unless Walmart does the job themselves I would not recommend. 1st experience with Walmart Behr installer was great this 2nd time from Agni’s list will not recommend

Installed fine but for some reason the tech didn't plug in one of my HDMI cables. Made no sense. I had to squeeze behind my tv to plug it in.

He canceled, had difficulty understanding and speaking English. I want a refund. I installed it myself.

Thought I was getting a TV mount but they only charge me for Angi and then gave me wrong number. Had to arrange install myself. Ask for a refund but hasn't happ yet

I think she did a wonderful job. The only thing is i think she did a wonderful job. The only thing I had a problem with was the price of the bracket and it only took a couple screws, but she did a great job.
