The installer arrived before the scheduled appointment time and immediately began the process. He was quite knowledgeable and professional and explained as he went along. He finished in no time and offered to clean up. I couldn't ask for a better installer.

We purchased a new 65” tv and wanted it mounted above our fire place . John turned up promptly at scheduled time and discussed our plans prior to beginning work. He worked throughout the process with us in exact location above the fireplace - we were very satisfied with his professionalism and work - he constantly asked what we wanted and took his time making sure the job was done perfectly. Seven days after purchase plus three phone calls with Angi's customer service and I still don't have a means to even schedule the installation. It's honestly reached the threshold of being ridiculous. It's hard to believe Sam's Club would partner with such a group. At this point, I'm going to eat the $149 and pay someone else to do the work. Awful.

I did the option to pay the $80 for somebody to come and hang my TV I get a text message the day before and they're asking for additional $50 to bring a second person or somebody to be there to help this was never said I think it's just wrong Very misleading!!!

FIrst impression, Michael showed up and was very friendly and personable. Michael installed two TV wall mounts for me and did an awesome job. Michael was thorough and professional. Plus Michael is a Vet and I respected that. I’d highly recommend Michael.

The technical person claimed that the TV could not be mounted where I wanted it mounted because there were no beams or something to that effect but I had someone to come and they said that it wasn't true and it could have been mounted in the living room.

I had two TVs mounted on the wall today and both professionals were courteous and did the job quick. I am very happy with the results. I was very impressed with Aaron and he took the time to explain everything that he was doing and consulted me several times on how I wanted the job done. I really appreciated this.

Bought a wall mount and added the mounting service. The tech was scheduled 1 week after my mount was delivered. The guy showed up early and did an amazing job. I got notifications reminding me. I got a text asking if coming early was okay. It was so organized and worry free for me. It looks great!

Our installer, Juan, arrived on time and with all the tools he needed to complete the job. With some minor lifting on my part, he finished the installation within the hour and left our TV perfectly level and right where we wanted it. We plan on hiring using this service again after next year's Black Friday sale.

The mounting service is actually through Handy. We had a rocky start with scheduling but I felt they did right by ultimately. The service was provided by a gentleman named Tim and he was super cool and laid back. Happy we got matched with him. He came prepared and obviously knew what he was doing!
