Andy (Andrew) was AWSOME! He showed up on time and immediately went to work . He installed the TV mount we purchased like a pro! He also was able to pick up the 65 inch TV by himself as I help guided it on to the mount bracketts. He was very kind and considerate of my very ill husband who was laying on the couch. We both highly recommend Pro Andy!

I had my tv mounted on my wall on 4/21/21, there was something wrong with the wiring/setup that had my tv making very loud popping noises and my sound-bar only worked with the regular tv shows and not Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. Edward from Handy was sent to access the problems. Edward removed a cable wire and made some corrections, and also made some corrections with settings and the sound bar. Currently, the tv is displaying an excellent clear picture and the sound bar displays sound from both tv shows and Netflix, Hulu etc. Edward was very knowledgeable of the problems and mounting tv’s/setups. I’m very happy with my purchase and Handy sending someone knowledgeable of these smart TVs.

Got this set up today, excellent job by the guy Handy sent out to me. I’m gonna botch his name but I believe it was Fariet or Pharete, however you spell it. Dude was excellent and together we got done pretty fast. Just gotta put up the chord hiders and I’m all set.

Horrible app handy man runs late and makes it super inconvenient what’s the point of scheduling a time If there not going to show like I said horrible app unreliable all you do is reschedule if they don’t come nobody reaches out and see if somebody else can come so I gotta wait couple more days this sucks I don’t like them

Only major concern I had with my service today is that the app stated Ruben A. would be the handyman on my job with a pic provided. Instead 2 spanish men (although very pleasant and completed the job flawlessly) arrived one heavy set guy (spoke no English) and smaller guy (stated he was his relative on vacation helping him out, basically his translator helper). However, neither gentleman was Ruben A. I find this disturbing and very unsafe to customers in a world today where people use situations like this to do home invasions. I wanted to make your company aware of the situation because should not happen. Whose credentials and identification that is provided should be the person who shows up for the job. If the handy person is changed the company should notify the customer immediately. Hence, i would not recommend or use this service in the future. And. I was hoping this would be a good situation because have other home improvement jobs to complete this year but it wont be serviced by handy bc of this. My safety is way more important to me.

We were apprehensive about using Handy but we were wrong. Our pro was great - he arrived on time, took care to determine if it was in fact masonry behind the plaster over our fireplace and did a phenomenal job. He was also nice to our elderly dog which we always appreciate!

Mr. Maraj was my technician and he did an excellent job in installing two (2) tv mounts for my home. He arrived timely, executed the installation professionally, and even made proper modifications to ensure the TVs were displayed as I requested. Beyond his technical acumen, he was also friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Mr. Maraj and the Handy services for anyone who needs any home improvements. Thanks Mr. Maraj!

Installers wreaked of smoke, showed up grumpy, and seemed put out by the job. The smoke smell was so strong that my son had to wait out on the patio while the work was being done as his health is poor and he can’t handle strong smells. The tv did get mounted and looks fine.

The tech did not asked about position, was 20 minutes late, but called when on the way. Unable to follow directions regarding where the apartment was after being told where to park several times. Did not clean up thoroughly afterwards keep stepping on nails, opened my window without asking and displaced the window. However, the mounting was good and I'm enjoying my television but I will not use the service again in the future.

I would use HANDY again! The guy that mounted my TV above my fireplace was on time for installation, had his tools, and made sure that he mounted the TV evenly above the fireplace. I hope HANDY continues to hire guys like the guy that installed my TV. If in doubt, please try TV MOUNTING through HANDY. They are by far cheaper than other companies that I researched. You really can't beat $79 for any size TV. I will add a photo later! Don't hesitate try this service today!
