Walter did an amazing job of mounting our new TV on the living room wall. Walter showed up on time and brought all the necessary tools for the project, and was extremely careful, professional, and friendly. Walter was very helpful and kept a clean work space, as well. I bought a 55" Roku TV from Walmart online and added the mounting service offered by Handy. David and Justin came to do my install and discovered that the desired wall, perfectly smooth on the surface, had actually been patched/repaired by the previous homeowner meaning the studs were not all where you'd expect them to be. In fact, one of them zigzagged! David spent some time coming up with a safe solution and was able to hang my new TV exactly where I wanted it - centered over a small loveseat. They tested and programmed the TV and I was able to immediately enjoy my purchase. I can't wait to finish decorating that wall :) Thanks to Handy for sending these great guys!

My Handry pro was Rail and he was such a pleasure to have come in and assist with the TV wall mount. A very pleasant, friendly and professional experience. He came in with all his tools and parts in case we needed extra support with parts. I would definitely recommend the pro again and the service. Communication was great and service was good.

The tech was a named Joe, did an excellent job when we used him at our other house . We recently moved and left the mount for the new owners, purchased an identical mount and called to schedule the installation was very pleased when it was same tech Joe and we remember each other.

We did not use the motorized mount after the initial install on 25 Apr. It was a big job to mount. I used it the end of May. It would not retract. The young man who came to fix it did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the problem rather than remove the mount. He was able to get the mount operating.

My contractor to mount my TV on the wall was very professional and friendly. My appointment was at 5:30 pm and he arrived a few mintues early. He explained the process to me and even demonstrated once the TV was installed how I can position the TV. He answered all my questions and even cleaned the TV screen. He was great.

The installer was very professional, arrived with all the necessary tools and was not alarmed that he would be wall mounting a 75” tv ten feet from the floor. He made sure it was perfectly level and fully functional before leaving and cleaned up nicely.

The tech arrived on time. Amir was very professional and knowledgeable. After he mounted the TV he made sure all accessories I had ie fire stick, sound bar etc, were operating efficiently before leaving. Excellent service and will use again if needed.

This was my first TV ever being mounted on the wall, so I was a little nervous since it was 75", but Andre and Clinton were on time (despite freezing rain the night before), very efficient, knowledgeable and careful with the TV! I had a appointment @ 7 am in the morning. My Technician was right on time. I had my 75” Samsung mounted on my living room wall. The Technician explained the process and determine the best location and where the studs were. Once everything was completed and cleaned up, he made sure I knew how to safely adjust my TV on the full motion mount.
