FIrst impression, Michael showed up and was very friendly and personable. Michael installed two TV wall mounts for me and did an awesome job. Michael was thorough and professional. Plus Michael is a Vet and I respected that. I’d highly recommend Michael.

My appt. was easy to make online and my technician arrived on time.He didn't take much time at all to dismount the old TV and mount, then put up the new ones. He stayed to make sure the new TV came up and that all functions worked. I couldn't have asked for more.

The tech was a named Joe, did an excellent job when we used him at our other house . We recently moved and left the mount for the new owners, purchased an identical mount and called to schedule the installation was very pleased when it was same tech Joe and we remember each other.

Xavier arrived right on time and came equipped with everything he could have possibly needed to do the job. He was friendly and professional throughout. I was worried about the spot where I wanted the whopping big 65" TV to go, but Xavier assured me it would not be a problem. I watched TV in another room until he was finished, and was completely delighted at the job he had done! Go Walmart...Go Handy!

Horrible app handy man runs late and makes it super inconvenient what’s the point of scheduling a time If there not going to show like I said horrible app unreliable all you do is reschedule if they don’t come nobody reaches out and see if somebody else can come so I gotta wait couple more days this sucks I don’t like them

I didn't got the service and the TV doesn't mounted I send text to handy app tolling them that u don't have the devise to mountain the TV, and to day I send the same text to the pro. Who will do the work to confirm he has the devise and I was surprised when he tell me this is the first time I saw your text and he advise not to come because I don't have the device and to contact you to reschedule vecouse of this confusion And till now I couldn't reach any body from your company, Please can you contact me to descuss By the way I recommend the tip for the handy man because he was so gentle and helpful Rami 9087238210

Damion was amazing Tv contractor he show up early and work efficiently with putting the wall mount up and the TV up unfortunately the TV was damaged straight out of the so he also assisted with getting the replacement he is so awesome please when getting your TV installed please choose Damion H

I finally was able to have my tv mounted. The professional that was sent is named Darren. He was very polite and accommodating. He took the time to explain his procedure and choose the location and position for the tv. I was very pleased how he was careful to follow cdc guidelines. I would definitely recommend him

Carlos was excellent! He contact me day prior his arrivial. Talk to me about everything I need prior his arrival. He texted me in the morning, finish his job in 20 min. Checked if everything is ok and TV is working. Very goid, eficiant, prompt. Highly recomend! Thank you Handy!
