Today we had our smart tv wall mount installed. The installer was a young man who did an excellent job. He was very skilled and prompting got this done. Kristin was very polite, efficient, came prepared, and should be recognized for his experience and ability to answer our questions. We highly recommend Kristin.

The Handy representative that came today to mount my TV was beyond professional and kept me informed of the entire process. They clearly answer any question I had about the security of the TV mount in detail. They also, were courteous and respectful of my property. They reached out to me in a timely fashion about arrival and wore a mask and maintain social distancing as they worked. I was so satisfied that I will book again for my second TV.

Little did I know until the box was open , I had the wrong size frame to hold the TV .. Handy rep Micah was willing to wait while I ran to WalMart to get a different frame . When I returned , the larger frame still was not wide enough to hit the wall studs to hold the TV . Micah searched the web and sent me a text of exactly which model I needed . I returned to WalMart one more time and purchased the perfect frame for our tv . When I returned home, Micah installed the tv on the wall in just a few minutes.. He was very personable, knowledgeable and patient . Highly recommend!

Daniel was great and professional and he quickly attached the mount brackets to the tv. I was under the impression that when I paid for the mounting installation that I would not have to do any lifting but there was only one technician and therefore I had to help him lift it. I hurt my back last time so I wanted to avoid any lifting this time but either way, we got it up safely. I just hope there is some disclaimer stating that I would have to assist with the installation. If there was, then I missed it. Otherwise, the process took less than 30 minutes and was satisfied with the experience.

The handyman that assisted me today was very professional, he explained everything step by step until the service was completed. Yes I would recommend this service to other customers, and yes I will be utilizing this service again. Thank you Walmart/and Thank you handyman....

Daniel did a great job! The TV was mounted quickly, efficiently, and safely to the wall. He generously provided supplies that did not come with the mount and took covid seriously by wearing a mask and gloves at all times. During the job, he kept the packaging trash contained neatly within the box the mount came in and when the job was finished, he vacuumed up the debris. Would recommend!

I've never had a better experience with someone else doing something for us. Caleb was absolutely great! Professional, courteous, and punctual! What more can one ask for? I would Highly recommend him and would personally ask for him if I need anything else done!

The technician arrived 10 minutes early and started immediately in assessing how to mount my new TV. He gave me expert advice on how to mount the TV. He even went as far as to ask me the height and position of the TV that would be comfortable for me. Making this a personal experience, because it was all about what would make me happy. I had never been treated this way ever! He did some quick measurements, based on my likes, and made only the necessary holes and then attached the mount to the wall. I watched him do this in less than 10 minutes. He even took extra care as to make sure no dust or mess was made and captured all of this on cardboard so nothing hit the floor. He then hung the TV set on, tightened screws and then showed me and my son how we could adjust the TV. I have had a TV hung a couple of times in the past, one guy made several big holes in the wall and another one cracked my TV so I was not expecting a lot. This technician let me know that there are great services out there and Walmart made it so easy to find Handy. The mounting service was paid along with the purchase of my TV. Before I left the store, I asked several employees how your service worked and when the cashier did not know, he asked a manager and several of them came over to let me know. All I needed to do was to log into the website, enter the Activation Code that was printed on my receipt and schedule a date/time appropriate for me. My TV was up 4 days after my purchase and the time allowed me to do a full 8 hours of work and then arrive home in time for the installation. I feel this is the best installation service I have ever had. Great job Walmart and Handy!!!

Allan came today with all his tools.He is early and did a wonderful job. The contact and appointment schedule is easy but you need to use Handy app. The technician is responsive and well informed. It was porcelain tiles and top of fireplace and he made it easy. He was double confirming on all measurements. After the work done , he cleaned up as well.

I ordered this service and was unsure about how it would go, but was pleasantly surprised that there was good communication before the service date, also rescheduled without any hiccups. They showed up on time, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up. I would and will recommend using this service.
