Y’all suck I only rated one so I could put in the comments, I had an emergency and tried to cancel my original service. The pro came anyway even after saying he understood I was not going to be home. Then after the holidayd Angi finally gets back in touch reschedules and doesn’t show up then. I asked for a refund and they said no it’s been too long. I want all my money back and y’all can take this mount and tv too

I got an appointment a week ahead and at the last minute got a call then a message that my appointment had to reschedule but the new pro technician (BRAYAN) was able to come the same day I really appreciate it that he was able to make it up that the other pro technician was canceling at last minute…. Brayan did an excellent job!!! Thank you…

FIVE DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!! STILL NO MOUNTED TV! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of giving my information, story, situation, past incompetency information of the past "pros" every time I call in for yet another new appointment. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON !? SAVE YOURSELF a MAJOR HEADACHE and go to Thumbtack, or your local NEIGHBORHOOD to find someone who knows how to install a TV mount! The first guy had Walmart as my address (didn't show up obviously)...he rescheduled to another guy, who came, came alone... ummm it's a 75 inch tv... the third guy, came ALONE again, and said "um, we usually install these into wood"... okay, so I am putting it in brick. whats the issue? Your incompetent to put it into brick? I CAN do it why cant a "pro" figure this out? The 3rd guy came (whined about driving over an hour to get here) don't know why he came from so far... not my fault... but came ALONE... the 4th appointment was a no-call no-show... (of course I had to contact Angi each time there was an issue) now I had to call AGAIN and explain this story yet another time and today is scheduled.. we'll see what happens (if I can. I will update the saga of my TV) that I haven't been able to watch for over A MONTH!... thanks Angi.. (NOT)! Would be nice to be able to enjoy my new TV WALMART!!!!!! If you don't have competent help, don't assign it! Each time I had an appointment, I had to rearrange my days schedule.. how about Walmart and Angi reimburse ME for MY lost time?? Thats time I'll NEVER get back in my life... just sayin'! I happen to value my life VERY MUCH!!!

Unprofessional guy was sent to my home took 3 hours to mount the tv was doing everything outside of mounting the tv like cleaning his supplies every two seconds wanted to keep talking to my kids like he knew them and I addressed him immediately creep much

We got our TVs mounted with Walmart two years ago and had a great experience, HOWEVER, we moved and tried to work with them again and it’s been a disaster, Walmart partners with angi list and the pros are unprofessional. We had two pros cancel last minute, I suggest using thumbtack or yelp to find a pro to mount your tv.

2 guys came and installed my 65 inch tv. Excellent job quick and professional. I tipped and done. On time efficient and done. 2nd time for a 32” mounting the tech NEVER SHOWED!!! He was not on my ring and went to a sister street. Never offered to complete the job, but for all cash on the side . See you later no sale, that is why I use ANGI.

He text me I’m here 20 min late and when I called he said I was there I’m gone. I said you did not even ring my bell. He came back in 2 min he just left When he came back he only had to place the tv on the wall and he took down my mount and said “ sorry I need more screws “??? Looked confused about how to mount the tv electrical already done !! I said well lowes is at the bottom of the hill can I go with you to get them now it will take 10 minutes He refused mouthed off not my job ! He wasted my time and we had just taken one tv off and just had one 3” more to go on mount on the wall !! He left it ALL over off my wall in my living room ! He was short rude and SUPER LAZY. He missed lunch and he wanted to go and eat it was clear and I told him I’m not paying for this !! He said fine you don’t have too .

The first tech was rude and let on calling my phone demanding I change my appointment time when I refused he came to my home early then went back into his car and left because I took too long to open the door. The second tech was friendly and efficient. Mounted my tv just how I wanted. Would I recommend angi its a 50/50 chance.

They were fast and courteous, but I didn’t realize how off center the TV actually was until I took everything off the walls and mantle and removed the bookshelves next to the fireplace while preparing to paint. It is unacceptable! I had to order service again, 4 months later, to get it corrected! Yikes, the tech really should have done better. I had noticed it was off center initially, just didn’t realize the extent.

This SERVICE SUCKS!!!! I prepaid for this Service thru ANGIE List I ended up not needing . I ordered less than 48 hours. The contract which I probably didn't read correctly I thought 24hr service with a $25 fee WRONG WRONG . I paid for a SERVICE which I canceled and did not need within 23 1/2 hrs and was charged full amount. I have never used ANGIES list before and will never again. CROOKS
