I purchased the installation by HANDY . Tomas was great. I took off the back of my entertainment unit and had him mount the Mount-it 40" extension to the wall going through the wall unit. It fit in a very tight opening that allowed only about a 1/2" clearance of the top

Walmart used Angi for tv install. Installer showed up as scheduled, but said TV was too big for him to install alone. I never received a refund or the install service. Both Walmart and Angi were near impossible to deal with once the issue came up. Nobody knew how to reschedule or refund. Terrible service.

We are so upset %26 disappointed in the way Angi, the hired installer hung our TV! The new TV was larger than our old one, but the installer used the existing bracket. So after the installer left we noticed that the sound bar was blocking some of the screen %26 the TV was not centered above our mantel %26 it was slightly crooked. They sent someone else to correct the install %26 he got stuck on our access rd %26 didn’t make it up to our house. Angi canceled us out %26 wouldn’t send anyone else up to fix what they did!! I called several times, they wouldn’t do anything about it!!! We would never use Angi again ever!!!😡

The worker was very respectful he even removed his shoes as he saw that shoes were removed due to us having carpet! He took his time and made sure measurements were accurate simply a job well done my girls love their tv and I love that that can't reach the tv lol Thank u

I do not recommend using WalMart’s installation service. They scheduled a time that is not convenient and I was not allowed to re-schedule. Nothing against the person performing installation, this is regarding the lack of flexibility and the fact that they scheduled a stranger to come into my home in the middle of the night. Please use Thumbtack where you have a choice of date/time.

Terrible... Reschedule few hours before service time when time was set almost a week in advance and I thought they would be better than Hello Tech but No they the same only cost more. Beware may not be able to provide services but they will not tell you they just keep reschedule wasting time.

3 different times they didn’t send a team adequate for the job size. This was a 65” tv being mounted above the fireplace and they sent one guy. Spoke with someone in the chat and requested they tell the contractor about the job size so they could send more people and 2 ladders etc and they still didn’t. Husband, friend and son had to help and work together to get it done.

TV works fine, Samsung web sight will not register TV for warranty, DO NOT pay for installation!!! Replaced 65" Sony with another 65" Samsung. TV delivered on a Thursday, found out installers would not show up until Saturday. Did not cancel installers because Walmart said they would set up and instruct us on TV and remote and cable functions. Three men showed up on Saturday that were not the installers Angies said and none of them, literately, could not speak English. They immediately started to remove the wall mount and re-drilled new holes. Tried to stop them but they continued, loosing the butterfly bolts in the process. They did not have replacement bolts had to go to Lowes to get new bolts.Hung new TV and it was 8" to high. Put mount back in original holes and hung TV . Now have four 3/8" holes in my wall that I need to patch and paint. Still figuring out remote operation and sound bar instillation. No set up at all. Installers helped as much as they could understand.

Chris was my pro today in ATL great service and he put together the full motion mount for my 70in pretty Quickly no complaints. They do no hide wires but I had another guy come in and do that part and add floating shelf with led kit as well so love how it looks in my bedroom now. Pictures attached

There’s nothing wrong with the mount. However the extra services from Angi is so unprofessional. I waited 2-3 days for for them to come install my tv. I cleared my calendar for that particular day only to reschedule to a later date the next week. That was so inconvenient. And I understand they didn’t get no one , but atlist call your clients and explain why the changes, because even the automated system message doesn’t explain.
