I ordered this 79.00 wall mounting ticket to have our tv mounted, I called Walmart electronic dept first to get info. They did not know that much but told me to go online and purchase it. I did that,, paid the 79.00 then it led me to angilist or something like that,, by the time I checked that out trying to schedule an appoint, they wanted more money by the size of the TV, and more money by the type of mount,, it was over 200.00! That is ridiculous to pay that much for mounting a TV. I am very unhappy with this as it did not say or specify extra prices for these. ,

Guy that came to put the wall mount up took all my wall mount screws didn’t tell me anything said he left them in the box and ran out of my house when I noticed they were gone I texted him and only then did he tell me that he took them he didn’t put the wall mount all the way in the way on one side so it looks scary like it’s going to fall I definitely will never hire anyone from this app to come install anything else in my house

had scheduled service prepaid. then contractors showed up trying to get payment from me because they had issue with Angi pay system. not my problem. I told them to take it up with them. They didn’t do service because we refused to pay them directly. additionally my contractor showed up with a fast talker guess he’s the scam artist. unfortunately for him i’m not stupid. i reported to Angi org. Don’t accept booking from Destiny and scam partner!!!!

My pro asked to arrive earlier than scheduled. That was a plus in my book. Then upon arrival, he was equipped and knowledgable. Went straight to work and needed minimal assistance. He was also thorough and courteous, asked all the right questions, and gave vital input regarding the project. He had my TV hanging and ready to watch in under an hour! I was satisfied. I definitely would recommend Andi through Walmart to everyone! Trust me, I was very skeptical at first. I didn't see how Walmart could manage to pull this off using an outside party. But Andi has proven itself to me. Walmart Angi is now my go-to for future projects.

Installer tightened bracket so tight that it left full imprint of bracket in my wall. He wasn’t able to get the bracket I purchased at Walmart to level my TV… so I spent another 50.00 on a different mount ( which was better than the one I first bought). New bracket covers most of imprint… but when you remove it… there will be this large imprint.

After rescheduling my appointment, which I understand, they cancelled my installation service the day before my appointment, which I don't understand. Why was the service offered, and scheduled, twice before they decided not to service my area? The worst part is I wouldn't have purchased a larger tv than I could handle if it hadn't been for the installation service offered. Really extremely disappointed in the whole transaction and hope Walmart reviews whether this service is helping customer approval ratings when stuff like this happens. Wish I had a way to return my set - I'd do it today. : (

First installer mounted it way to high and drilled 18 holes trying to find the stud. Then he wanted to text me when asked about the height that the mount was the issue because it wouldn’t go flat against the wall. Had them come back out two days later to lower and second technician did a great job getting it centered and lowered as much as possible. Come to find out 1st tech had left an arm out of place and was the reason it was stuck the width of my phone. Big difference in the pictures.

Our firdt handyman never showed up and after contacting, said he didn't have the tools required for the job.. this was very upsetting and wasted our time and made us have to reschedule. However, we were able to get a reschedule two days later. Our Handyman for our second date was Larry. Larry did an amazing job of mounting our new TV to our wall. Although he was running behind, he was sure to let me know and was here at the time he said he would be. Larry brought all of the tools necessary for the job and was extremely careful, professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend him and use him again, if I ever need a handyman.

So very convenient and helpful! Happy we booked the handy man, it would have been extremely difficult to do on our own. The handy man was super great, professional and friendly. One hundred percent recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

After taking the TV off the wall and setting it on my couch which he left it on my couch and I couldn't lift it to move it I had to get somebody over here to do it he also took the Walmart a wall mount a park even though it didn't fix the other one none of the screws are there the walmart's wall mount is just laying there without the screws so I'm stuck I can't hang the original TV back because he lost all my screws so my T v's on the floor I had to get somebody else to help me move ATV off the couch and I paid 77 bucks thanks Angie
