This backpack is the right size for an overnight business trip. It holds my laptop and has appropriate space and compartments for my other clothing and toiletries.

Lots of room and pockets. Works great however the zipper that holds the computer pocket can come open unexpectedly. Haven’t figured out why. Kept an eye on the zippers and it was fine.

This is a fantastic and well built bag. Meets all my needs. But be careful, sometimes a heavy load can cause it to upzip itself resulting in dumping out a laptop!

The laptop pocket routinely opens upon the weight of the pack. The zipper is not strong enough to stay closed. I suggest locking that pocket closed if you don't want broken things.

The large foldout "pocket" doesn't add value. There would be more value if the zipper just went 1/2 down. The backpack can open unexpectedly unless you keep the zippers-pulls at the bottom of the back pack. Other than that, it is a good backpack.

Overall product is of low grade material and not as strong as previous Swiss Gear back pack. Zippers are low grade as well. I would not recommend this product.

This is my second Swiss Gear backpack. I bought the last one over 10 years ago. They last and have so many pockets. There is a place for everything!

Absolutely incredible for the value! Build quality is very sturdy and the waterproof is a nice touch. More pockets than I could ever even use. Only minor complaints is the waterbottle holders are a bit shallow for tall water bottles, mine tend to fall out when I lift it off the ground rapidly from an angle. After using this I would never buy the $150 backpacks that it competes directly with!

The zippers were very loose and kept opening up. My daughter's things kept falling out when she would set the back down because the zippers kept opening. She even lost her headphones case on the way home because the zippers opened while it was on her back and she didn't know until she got to the bus.
