This is a fantastic and well built bag. Meets all my needs. But be careful, sometimes a heavy load can cause it to upzip itself resulting in dumping out a laptop!

Bought for my husband to take his computer and items to and from work, and he loves it! It also has built in holder to put glasses or sunglasses which is amazing!

This is my second Swiss Gear backpack. I bought the last one over 10 years ago. They last and have so many pockets. There is a place for everything!

Nicely made with lots of options for items to be carried. Easily accessed areas with plenty of zippers to secure items.

All around great bag. Gave one away to family and bought extra for myself. Holds everything. Great price. Excellent construction. Top quality material. Will last decade plus expecting.

Got for work. I love the backpack for multiple electronics I need to cart while traveling. Unfortunately day 3 of use the inner pockets became completely unraveled.

Lots of room and pockets. Works great however the zipper that holds the computer pocket can come open unexpectedly. Haven’t figured out why. Kept an eye on the zippers and it was fine.

The laptop pocket routinely opens upon the weight of the pack. The zipper is not strong enough to stay closed. I suggest locking that pocket closed if you don't want broken things.

Overall product is of low grade material and not as strong as previous Swiss Gear back pack. Zippers are low grade as well. I would not recommend this product.
