Purchased this as a gift for a grandson he was extremely excited. The prior year we purchased this same Kayak for his big sister "she has really enjoyed it". The grandson has been wanting one ever since. "It was the perfect gift". "We feel the pricing is also very reasonable." If you have people in your circle who enjoy this type of water activity" I recommend it". The weight rating is not to exceed 130 lb. keep that in mind when purchasing

I ordered two of these kayaks for my sons for Christmas. Only ONE of them arrived today and it was placed on my front porch in a CLEAR plastic bag!!! My sons obviously saw it when we pulled into the driveway. Seriously?!?!? It was supposed to be a Christmas present from Santa and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the way it was packaged for delivery!!! Guess it's going back. Oh- and it didn't come with a paddle or the back support that some reviewers said did.

We absolutely love our kid-size kayaks! They are perfect at lake Powell, Bear Lake, and anyplace else you take your kiddos. They are easy to paddle and maneuver. Our grandkids just love them. Our 8 year old granddaughter paddled hers all the way out and back to Lone Rock at Lake Powell all by herself ! Great Product!

Bought this for my niece (4). She's still scared on her own, but we tied the handle of to the back of my kayak and towed her while she practiced. So long as she's not separate, she loves it. I love that she isn't falling on my knees anymore. Pretty plain simple design, but it floats on the creek just fine for a small child learning. I don't recommend standing, but it is pretty stable considering how much she moves around and hangs off the side. Loves that her feet can hang in the water like mine do. I do recommend this for small adventures in easy safe (supervised always) waters.

I've grandchildren ranging from 7 to 9 and they all loved this kayak. It was an instant success because as a sit upon it is stable and easy to use. Light enough for the kids to maneuver into the water and back onto land. Delighted we purchased it (we bought two).

This has been a great addition to our family lake adventures! Its the perfect size for kids...small yet sturdy in the water and easy for them to maneuver. The paddles that are included in the package are of higher quality than some of our adult paddles. Very impressive!

It's the perfect size for my 8 year old daughter, our only issue is that it doesn't come with a backrest and the universal ones you can buy don't fit it. If you get one definitely look into getting a backrest for it because it gives them the stability they need to paddle.

My kids love these kayaks. One of my older sons will take the 2 year old with them on the kayak and she loves it too. Great for flat water fun on the lake. They do not tip easily and have a little handle up front that the kids can use to drag the kayak back up the beach without trouble. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom bought theses in Blue and Orange for my 7 year old twins. They absolutely love them. We have even taken friend out to use them. I thought I would see how the weight limit was. It was fun it floated just fine. I would definitely recommend getting it for your kiddos if under 130 lbs if over that get them a bigger one. They are addicting and so easy and fun to play with.

we got this kayak for our kids, ages 7 & 4. it's perfect for them in just a pond or lake. I for sure wouldn't use it on moving water. the weight restriction is for real - I wouldn't put more than 100 pounds on it. I'm glad we got it, and lots of people have asked us where we got it.
