Love the TV. Nothing is wrong with it. The remote is hard to use. Volume button is on the middle so hard to find quick. It is easy to accidentally push other buttons and change the screen. It is also like a mouse so you need to move it slowly to get it to the exact spot on the tv to click instead of using arrow buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TV as a gift. It replaced a basic 32” led one. I was stunned at the picture quality. The images are are do sharp and clear and bright. It was almost eerie. Even non HD channels jump out at you. I love this set.

I mounted the TV on a kitchen wall and use a ROKU interface to stream several internet content providers over WiFI and the picture, sound and reception of all the content is flawless and quick. Very pleased with the purchase.

The screen and general features are very nice on this unit, especially at this price point. However, my issues with this model are with the software. The unit worked fine for 3 weeks and suddenly Wifi connectivity is basically unusable. I've had two unit behave exactly the same so I suspect a software update to be the cause. Also, the "Trending Now" feature of webOS is basically a stream of advertising that dominates the home screen. This feature needs to be removed or disabled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 86 inch my 3rd lg . I have a 70 and and a 75 inch for years now . The 86 inch is much bigger and the picture is just as clear as the 70 inch. The 86 has more features and came with a smart remote. What's really great it has a more powerful hdmi connection specifically for 4k that give a better experience when attaching a device to the tv. The tv is super fast when online.

My husband, especially enjoys watching sports and he feels like he's right there. The reason for the four out of five stars is that the remote is very uncomfortable to use. I have great difficulty with it. My fingers just don't work on it. And the mouse is, not what I'm used to and it is difficult to use. I'm looking for an alternative remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally wanted an LG TV. In fact went and got one but took it back when it did not have the MLB App. LG wanted me to use an external device to get it. To me that was defeating the purpose of having a smart TV. That was the deal breaker.

I'm still learning the features but it's easy to maneuver around the different programs. A great buy for the price plus the LG UHD is highly rated, main reason for buying it. I recommend it highly, you won't be disappointed.

Enjoying the selection of programed display settings. Especially like the "Magic Remote" and Magic Tap feature - wave to move function - and how well it integrates with my 4K Fire Stick functions; including seamless control of my GetChannels DVR app on my NAS via the Fire Stick. Good to have a TV that makes no funky sounds when powering on/off.
