So I just upgraded my tv and I'm so glad I chose LG! I had originally bought a different brand because of all the hype but when I came home with it there were so many issues! Same day returned it got my LG tv came home and my whole family was amazed by it! We decided to stay home make it a movie day and enjoy our new LG tv. I'm so happy with my Purchase!

Superb picture and sound quality. An amazing TV with lots of extras. It's all you need (plus an internet connection) saving extra wires and boxes all over looking messy. It commands the wall. It love how we can change the way we watch and listen to progs to suit our viewing which really helps when I have probs with my eyes and ears. It's a much more enjoyable watch. I can highly recommend on that alone but would give it more stars for the many many features it has given you the ultimate viewing experience. At such an affordable price. I still think I'm going to get a bill for the rest of the TV cost. My last TV was twice the price, was 10 inches smaller and did a fraction of this.

Instead of having a simple OK ot SELECT button it has a tiny, hyper sensitive trac ball like feature that I simply cannot control. Thus is highly frustrating and is making it impossible to access streaming channels. I am going to have to reinstall my old Roku .

I purchased this TV a few months ago and it is larger and clearer than my previous plasma TV but the remote control is very touchy and confusing. In addition sometimes the sound does not play at all and the TV must be unplugged from power for a reboot to correct it. In summary, it was affordable and a good value, but it takes some getting used to.

Picture is amazingly real when watching 4k. Only issue I have is with the remote. Bad design. I go to change the volume, I hit the home button instead, and have to start over with whatever platform I'm streaming from. Also a little bothersome with the controlling of the on screen mouse. Sometimes you have to summon the mouse, sometimes you don't.

I LOVE the LG Channels! I am eyeing the 55inch for my spare bedroom. My only complaint would be the remote, I don't think it is too user friendly, however overall it was a smart purchase!

I received this TV as an early Christmas gift, and I really like it. The 4K picture is beautiful and the image quality is better than my other 4K television. The remote is the most advanced I've used. It's like using a mouse with a cursor to navigate around the screen. Sound is actually really good too. Very happy with my new television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased for an activity/craft room (approx 12x13). The TV is just about perfect for this purpose. It attached to our existing wall mount with no issues. Video quality is better than expected for a TV at this price point. Normal HD/4k streaming is spectacular. Upscaling for some of the older shows we watch (Quincy, Emergency, Buck Rogers, etc) is also very good. The TV is also bright enough we do not need to worry about turning any lights off when doing any activities in the room. Sound quality is good for the size of our room and lack of any ambient noise. The base is a bit weak for some movies but that is to be expected. If we were to put this in the living room a sound bar or other speakers would likely be needed. There is not much to say about the Smart features. We use the Fire Stick and have not used any apps from the TV. All in all this was a solid purchase. LG will be in the running for our next TV as long as we do not run into any long term issues with this one.

Have always been happy with LG tvs - this is our third. The 55” this wa purchased to replace is still going strong. That 55” is not a smart TV, but mostly functioned as one with an Amazon Firestick. Was hoping to avoid another device with this purchase and the various logins required when switching apps. Unfortunately, I've since learned that ESPN+ is not available for download to the LG TV … back to the separate device. Oddly, Disney+ is available for download and it is usually bundled with ESPN+ so I'm not sure why both aren't options.
