[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it about a month ago and also bought the extended warranty. It is a good entry level budget TV with an affordable price. It cannot compete with the OLED but for it's price it is a good 4K TV. I like it. It meets my expectations.

I like the mouse button at times, but more often it just doesn't work for me. However I am not able to turn off this feature. I can change it's spread and I can change it's size, but I can't turn it off which just seems dumb to me. And it keeps turning things off in the middle of shows. It is really a problem. Also the Alexa is not working. I have tried to pair it with my device and it says it is connected and then it won't work. So when I disconnect it then the only way I can get Alexa to work is when I push the Alexa button and then it works as good as Alexa does, which means it work about some of the time in doing what you want it to do. Therefore it is pretty much useless. Especially since you have to push the button to work anyway. I spent so much time trying to get Alexa to improve that my husband got mad at me because every time I would do something to try to get the Alexa to work it would screw up our home Alexa's. Anyway other then those problems I do like the tv. The settings are easy to understand and easy to manipulate typically. The picture is really good and the spread is fast. So I am happy with that. The legs that we got are not strong though. We will have to get something else, otherwise I am afraid that it will topple over.

This is my second LG TV. First was a 55in. loved the picture, it was so clear and lifelike it was like watching my DVD collection for the first time! So I had to buy the LG Electronics - 43UQ8000AUB for my office, same GREAT results as my first LG TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift that I didn't know I wanted or needed. The picture is beautiful. The clarity feels like the actors are in my den! I think I need the sound bar, as the sound is a bit inconsistent. (I'm using only the tv sound, no home theater). The set itself is attractive. The TV is very "smart", the set up wasn't as difficult as I anticipated, but I'm afraid I don't really know how to use the tv. I'm techno-challenged and a bit intimidated by this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to replace a bedroom TV. The picture quality is great. Set up was intuitive and streamlined. We have been using the TV for about a month and have been impressed. My only complaint is the lack of backlight on the remote . Since it is a bedroom TV it is usually dark in tge room and the remote is impossible to use. The lights have to be turned on often.

Love the extra built-in channels. They provide extra content that paid channels don't cover. Great Christmas Movie channel played non-stop during the holidays. No need to change the channel as one great movie after another. Quality and picture are superb.

I purchased this television for my husband as a combination Christmas/birthday gift in December. We did not open the box until a day after his birthday. The TV is larger than our previous one, so some adjustments had to be made. We have never owned one quite this large before, but it was a good buy, so I took the plunge. Our old set was about seven years old and one of our grandkids offered to take it off of our hands. I am amazed at the picture on this TV! It just blows me away how the depth of field is so real. The texture of skin is so awesome, I imagine reaching over and touching the actor's face. It is mind boggling to me, how many improvements have been made in the past decade. I am still getting used to the remote control. It seems there are new ways to manage everything. We are enjoying this purchase immensely. Our first viewing was the latest Jurassic Park installment, and it was a delight to see it on the 65 inch screen. This was a terrific purchase.

The TV picture quality is not like a QLED or OLED, but it is still good. Easy to set up and use. The remote is a little different, but once you get the hang of it, it is fine.
