[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Intuitive interface EZ to navigate. Needs a more user friendly remote. The "pointer" feature is too easily enabled. The sound quality was superior. Vast improvement from my previous experiences with OEM speaking.

I purchased this tv 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. The picture quality is very crisp and vibrant. The sound quality is good. This tv replaces an older model LG 43" tv and the updated WebOS is a big improvement. This tv comes with the "magic remote". I can't say that I love this remote. It is difficult to get precise control with the pointer. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this television after my plasma television of 15 years died. I like the picture, I like how easy it was to get hooked up - but there is no manual (nor was I able to find one online). In the process of setting it up, a “voice” told me what to do - but it was so fast that I was unable to determine what the “voice” was telling me to do! I am still have to use two remotes to operate the set, and have no idea how to access many of the “extras” that are supposed to be a part of it (which is the reason why I have this set 4 stars instead of 5).

We have been LG customers for several years and have been quite satisfied with the products we have purchased. We decided to upgrade our LG TV to a larger screen, a 65 inch screen, that fits the opening above our fireplace perfectly. We are very pleased with both the picture and sound quality and the user friendly interface on the TV. Thank you LG for another excellent product for our viewing pleasure.

My old TV's HDMI ports stopped working, so I started comparing price and performance at a major outlet. I was astonished to find out that in addition to cable/antenna inputs, the wireless internet capability provides hundreds of additional LG channels and even on demand movies at no cost along with your favorite platforms.

We purchased this about a month ago and absolutely love it in all respects. The quality of the picture and sound are well beyond my expectations. We mounted it on an articulated TV mounting on the wall of the family room and it is a perfect fit We can see the screen clearly from all angles. All in all it was a premium buy. purchase

Upgraded the bedroom TV to this one. Picture is very clear with good light adjustment if the room is dark or brighter during the day. I like the voice control to set the sleep timer. Easy to add and re-order the streaming apps. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift that I didn't know I wanted or needed. The picture is beautiful. The clarity feels like the actors are in my den! I think I need the sound bar, as the sound is a bit inconsistent. (I'm using only the tv sound, no home theater). The set itself is attractive. The TV is very "smart", the set up wasn't as difficult as I anticipated, but I'm afraid I don't really know how to use the tv. I'm techno-challenged and a bit intimidated by this tv.

I bought this TV after having a VIZO....I like the features, to many to mention. I thought I would be able to get Local TV stations in the county I do have an outdoor antena. I do have internet but still struggling to get it set up.....I can rebuild and repair farm equipment, but struggling to set my TV up.

We have enjoyed our new LG tv. The picture is excellent, and I am learning to manage the remote. I think LG could do a better job providing a manual on how to use the remote. Even the online version was sketchy, basically just telling you what the buttons are for. I could not find my model, even after entering the model number. For example, I'd like to know how to enter and set a group of channels as favorites. That is not covered in any of the materials I've read. Also the new remote made it impossible to use the mute or volume buttons on any other remotes (such as the one that controls our Xfinity programming.) Overall, we are very satisfied.
