[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our TV because we've had great experience with LG products but unfortunately we think we got a lemon. There is a fuzziness around objects and viewing sports is especially bad as motion is blocky. Color is also off. We are waiting on a technician to see if it can get fixed but we still haven't heard back from anyone and I've tried to troubleshoot with new cables and settings.

AI feature is a big plus for Video and Audio quality and it's working well with the real stream. Web OS has all necessary software to watch the tv with all streaming services. Bought it two weeks ago and impressed at the picture quality vs the cost. The remote is intuitive and works well. The ONLY negative is that the LG OS does not support my MLB app, hence I can't watch my beloved Minnesota Twins on the TV! LG you need fix that!

Bought this TV with size, gaming, HDR, sound and movies in mind in this order. With a big living room I was looking for a tv to fill it and has good views from alot of angles. With its IPS screen, viewing angles didnt suffer. My family loves to play video games and LG is the best in this sector (imo) and with 4k, 120hz, it was a great choice. HDR on this tv is quite nice. Sound has been decent but I have a sound system with dolby atmos so I'm not concerned. All this made the decision of purchasing this tv a no-brainer. For the price, I highly recommend this tv in its current pricing for the size, and features it offers. One BIG concern while shopping for a tv was image burn. While OLEDS are the best tvs for image quality, my family plays alot of gsmes and gsme uses huds, etc that stay on screen usually the whole gaming session, I didn't want any imaging burn. Picture quality could be better by getting something different but for my use with a big living room and how my living room is set up, the wide view helps from the IPS. Contrast, black colors suffer but it's something I'm willing to trade off for.

Bouight this just before Christmas. mounted to a wall without any problems. The tv functoins well and the image is amazing, crystal clear and deep black and contrast. My only negative is the remote with the pointy thing. Not so keen on that. And the other thing to watch out for is the setup screens for the initial start up. I have setup a number of devices and found this one frustrating. I had to go and stsrt from scratch 3 times. And the voice help is no help at all, just distracting. Other than those small items love the TV

When I went to purchase a new TV, I looked at and compared several brands at 2 different stores. The picture on the screen was excellent, but what really made the difference was the input from 2 different sale people. Both said the LG was superior to the other 3 brands in quailty not to mention the sharper screen images and at a better price that the compettion. I asked if I needed to add a sound board, expecting them to say yes (after all they were sales people). To my surprise, both said not needed with the LG and they are right; excellent audio clarity. Additionally, it was super easy to set up and I love it!

I've owned this for appx. 3 months and it works well, picture is good. For the price I'm happy with the purchase. There is only one issue I'm not pleased with and that is sound control. I hear more bass then I care for and although this tv has many adjustments and settings when it comes to sound I find no way to adjust bass / treble output. otherwise it has more features then I can use.

We ha e a sound bar and it's amazing with this TV. I never have bought a LG but will never go back to any other TV. I'm hooked. Love the remote perfect size and easy to use. This is hands down the best TV ever!

Bas ic setup was easy but there are 2 things not working correctly. One is setting up the remote to be universal with DirecTv. I was able to get that to work on a 50" LG but not on this 75". The 2nd issue is getting access to Prime. As the tv is turned on, the apps list out. I select Prime but gives an error message that it is not installed. Go to WebApps browser & go to Prime and try to login to install. No Install prompt but an Update prompt that did not give access.

I'm not gonna lie, the Web feature using a mouse on the remote seemed a lil intimidating the first day but once you comprehend the button features all is fine! The best picture I have ever seen on a TV! Great price, Excellent sounds with the built in speakers, I do y even need the surround sound!
