I have been using it for one week and the picture is great. The menu's for the app's are easy to use switching in puts is easy. The one drawback I have is the "Magic Remote" if you switch between things it automatticlay goes in to that mode and It makes it take longer than it should. If you could turn it off than I would say it is 5 stars

We bought our television in December. When you turn on the television the APPS appear and you can't get to the television stations without turning it off and back on. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I've read and re read the instructions and this doesn't appear in them. It's a pain in the neck.

I really enjoy this TV, it was easy to setup and I love the app interface. The only thing I don't like is the "smart" features are a little slow and clunky, but for this price, I feel like that's something I'll happily accept. I am rather happy with my purchase, and a roku or chromecast easily fix any of the issues I have with the media interface. Quality product for a good value.

I bought this TV after returning a hisense TV that kept buzzing and humming. This TV looks and sounds much better. I'm really impressed. Only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were for only having 2 HDMI inputs that aren't even 2.1 (120hz) and no Google OS. webOS isn't bad but I sort of enjoyed the Google OS a little more.

Honestly it's my first time time buying a LG tv and what I can say it's very please with the features and the pictures quality the tv has. Honestly everyone that lives in our home always rather watch movies in my tv instead of the one we have in the living room hahah thank you LG it was a good investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG TV is everything I expected. Challenge was to set it up and attempt to watch the channels from the local cable supplier. The 800+ channels that appeared were excellent choices, but not any local. Sent a note to LG, received a note back with instructions on how to troubleshoot. Tried them all for several days until I noticed not an instruction, but a comment that the local channels can be controlled with a local cable remote. It worked and I'm a happy customer...........finally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with the 86-inch UQ8000. The picture is sharp whether I'm watching sports, news, live tv or movies, and the sound is excellent. The only criticism I have is the magic remote. I still haven't figured out how it works because keys seem to change their functions very now and then, and there isn't much info on the manual how to properly set it up.

I bought this T.V. a few weeks ago and am satisfied with the picture quality, price, and pleased that HBO Max is available to stream as one of the apps - we have an earlier version of a similar LG T.V. that won't allow adding HBO Max. I like the remote with the pointer option - much easier to enter information.

We were in need of a new Smart TV, we compared our current brand (ends in sung) and LG. The picture on the LG was so much better than the other brands we looked at. I would have given it 5 stars as so far I am not a big fan of the Wii like remote for the TV and one of my co workers told me it uses batteries like crazy for a TV remote but otherwise it is a really nice tv.

The visual clarity, and color, along with the blackest of blacks, and the whitest of whites, really struck me as superb. I also wasn't expecting the various visual modes this TV offers as well. Overall, I am more than pleased with this TV along with its very nice remote that allows you to use it as a mouse. It fits the large space perfectly in our great room that extends into the kitchen, and you can easily view it from the furthest part of the kitchen area. It is art in motion for sure. The sound is fine, but I utilize the fiber optic connection to my component stereo to produce a more professional sound for movies and such. apps a great as well, no issues.
