[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the TV, Picture, Sound and the Menu system layout. The only problem that I see is the menu system responds slow. I believe it to be a combination of the remote and the system itself but that delay seems problematic. This TV is connected to a 100gb wireless router which is connected to my 250gb fiber network so I'm sure it is not the network connections. Clicking on the apps and even just navigating on the menu tends to be slow to the point of inadvertently clicking again and then going to the wrong locations and needing to back up. The menu speed and more distinct highlighting of the selected items would be good changes that would increase my rating.

My intent was to purchase another brand television. The LG was displayed beside that brand and I immediately noticed the difference. I change my thought process completely and saw the value and product features that I wanted at a reasonable price. I am glad that we got this television.

I bought this tv several months ago. It is definitely a two person job to attach the feet and stand this unit up, but not surprising given it's size. The setup was very simple and took very little time. The picture and sound quality are amazing. The perfect addition to our new movie room

It has been nice, and we appreciate the smart features with Netflix and other apps, as well as the ability to switch between gaming and movie settings quickly. It's been great for Gaming, low latency and great picture. I can watch myself die in Elden Ring in 4k now. We use a sound bar but the audio from the TV is pretty good by itself.

This has been wall-mounted in my basement. I'm enjoying it so far. The app is especially useful for installing apps on the TV and control. Above all, picture quality is great and I would definitely recommend for the price. Only thing missing so far is the ESPN+ app which appears to not be compatible with WebOS.

This is my third LG tv and first proper smart tv. It's a very nice tv, and I would have given it a 5 star rating but the switching from satellite to terrestrial tv (via the antenna) requires six steps which is a nuisance. My elderly parent really struggles with this tv. No other issue at all and for those who are adept it'd probably be fine.

The TV sound is not consistent when there is a commercial, sound comes on loud which I think is the commercials themselves but after that when it goes back to the regular program it's even louder, The color for each program is not consistent, it will change with each channel. We have two other LG 55 inch and neither one of them have these problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this few weeks ago, it's a big tv with good quality picture. Not really sure how good the 4K when compared to the other TVs I have seen. Audio quality is nice !! The webos is not that great. Would prefer a faster and better OS.

Overall I like the TV. The smart remote is both intuitive and clunky at the same time. I'm still learning how to use it and it's features but I do like the options. The response time of the TV when using the remove is slow. When you back out of a program or app it takes quite a while for the TV to register that task and the TV will sometimes go back to that task for some reason. Takes some getting used to but as I learn more this may change. The screen is great. Picture quality if outstanding, especially compared to my last TV. Overall I like it
