Great picture, sound was OK, (added a sound bar to improve), very easy set up, just take your time and read the prompts. Overall very happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of use. There are a lot of apps on this TV that I will never use but for the younger more technically advanced than myself, “have at it!”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new LG 55 about a month ago, and I am absolutely thrilled with the picture and sound quality. Easy set up and the remote was easy to use. I am so happy that I bought this T.V., especially since there are so many to choose from.

i bought this TV 2 weeks , I wish I would of done more research first though. The picture is great but I am unable to hook up my receiver to it for sound. We bought 2 different kind of cables that at least one of them should of worked but neither did. we followed all the directions and still nothing. Now we have to buy an expensive sound Bar. :(

My family bought this for me as a father's day gift and I absolutely love it! Minecraft with the kids is a breeze on this TV and it isn't a big deal with the screen divided into 4 players. Even with a projector downstairs this TV has become our go to when we want to watch movies and sports. The only complaint I have is that I wish there was a Hulu button on the bottom with the other big name apps. But other than that I can't imagine being happier with my new TV

For the price point, the picture and sound of the tv is very good. Surprised at the sound quality, especially the base output. However, the software interface is laggy. It takes quite sometime for the menu to show up on screen after clicking the remote button. This makes for a sub-par experience.

Has good picture. Magic remote is terrible. TV does not support downloading of TV apps. Cannot find or download or can't connect to server. I have to use Amazon Fire Stick to add other tv apps. L G channels are not really useful, most old tv programs. HGMI ports should be 2.2 for best quality instead of 2.0

I'm not a tv person or an electronic expert but this was an easy setup. Perfect picture and good sound quality without needing one of those bars. . My only issue is that it takes too many steps to get to the sleep timer. The LG free TV saves me money for my needs. I am perfectly happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great so far. Not a huge fan of the scrolling button on the remote. I've also already quite a few updates (4) and only had for 3 weeks. I still haven't gotten my free streaming service credit….noticed it said can take up to 30 days to get the code! The refresh is s bit slower than my last tv when moving between apps.

It is my pleasure to express my satisfaction with this product. I have been using LG TV's for about 20 years now for business and personal, they have never let me down. in fact, I still have most of my LG TV's incased and ready to go to work. The reason I purchased recently is when my fiancé mention at Cosco that she like a new TV for working out. So, we made our way to the section and low and behold the LGs stood out over all the rest as usual. the price was like a dollar a day. This Perfect choice made for a "Happy Wife Good Life"
