It is by far the best television my family has owned. I cannot remember, even, seeing a better television than this one. However, using the remote is a challenging, at best. The pointer aspect of the remote is difficult and can be rage inducing. It is so difficult that it diminishes considerably from a tremendous television.

Only thing that does not work perfectly or I do not know how to work is the following: I wear hearing aids and I walk on a treadmill and watch tiv. While on the treadmill I wear ear phones to listen to the tv. If I am watching anything on cable I get the sound from the show that is on. However if I am streaming it does not give me the sound that should come from the streaming show. The TV has the sound but they do not go to the headphones like other sounds do. Also if I play any television show I listen to the sound at 15 but if it is a streaming show I need to turn it up to 80.......... is this normal?

Took a little while to get set up, but once it's going the picture is great, the sound is excellent, and it is easy to use the remote to navigate and control everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought because it was the same tv my son has. TV has very good picture quality, sound is good. The tv legs or stand are not very good both broke when snapping into place. Spent 30 bucks on different legs. Having problems with hooking up the echo dots and the tv together. And if you don't have a remote I do not see a way to change the channels. You can turn it on and off. But tv on its own is very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it about a month ago and also bought the extended warranty. It is a good entry level budget TV with an affordable price. It cannot compete with the OLED but for it's price it is a good 4K TV. I like it. It meets my expectations.

Purchased as a replacement for our bedroom TV. We now have 4 LG TVs. The unit is very light weight and the picture is great. My only complaint is with the remote - I find the selection pointer awkward and difficult to use. There should be an option to disable that feature. I also don't like the fact that to fast forward or rewind, you must first pause the program, only then will fast forward or rewind work. Otherwise, the remote will change channels, etc. I would also like to see more supported apps - Roku and Google devices have apps that are not available in the LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received as a gift from our kids who were tired of watching sports on the “tiny” 48” tv we used to have. Wow. Very clear sharp picture and despite what we had thought, 65” is not too big for the space.

It's user friendly and has a great picture not to mention an easy to use remote which makes the whole experience altogether superb! This is my first LG product and I am sticking to this brand from now on. I highly recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the TV. I don't have cable and use an antenna but get plenty of channels plus loads of free channels. Great picture and sound. Negatives are the wheel in the remote. It's touchy and hard to use also I wish there were instructions and a list of channels for quick reference.
