[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV at a very reasonable price point, so I didn't expect what I received. The visual clarity, and color, along with the blackest of blacks, and the whitest of whites, really struck me as superb. I also wasn't expecting the various visual modes this TV offers as well. Overall, I am more than pleased with this TV along with its very nice remote that allows you to use it as a mouse. It fits the large space perfectly in our great room that extends into the kitchen, and you can easily view it from the furthest part of the kitchen area. It is art in motion for sure. The sound is fine, but I utilize the fiber optic connection to my component stereo to produce a more professional sound for movies and such. apps a great as well, no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV recently to expand my viewing options. I recently downgraded my Direct TV provider package due to excessive charges. I have found the set easy to use and set up. I will add a sound bar to enhance the audio but that was due to preference and not need.

I was pleased that the installation on the wall was quite straight forward and was accomplished in a short period. The TV has a great picture and more than enough apps for streaming services already loaded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about a month ago. BUT there are some problems. The TV sound is not consistent when there is a commercial, sound comes on loud which I think is the commercials themselves but after that when it goes back to the regular program it's even louder, The color for each program is not consistent, it will change with each channel. We have two other LG 55 inch and neither one of them have these problem.

After 3 weeks of use I've found the remote confusing to use, not as easy as ROKU. The TV guide & menu screens are too small to read at 10-12' . Would be nice to be able to set a larger format for the menu & TV guide screens along with it's brightness & contrast for those with deminished sight. Overall, a good performing TV for bedroom or home office environment. Sound clarity is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 18 year old television with this 86" smart tv. What a technology leap for me. None of this crazy add on stuff like Firesticks and other accessories. It was all on the TV and ready to go. I cannot believe the picture quality. It's in an entire different league.

Have the TV for two weeks. My previous flat TV was bought 10+ years ago and was 1080P. So this TV is a big improvement. Having apple airplay is also a big plus. However it took me sometime to set the TV up. The WebOS can do better. The start up screen can display the most used apps or configurable. The ball on the remote can be improved like what is on a computer mouse. It should rise up, not sink in. But for the price of this TV, I am ok with it. I am hoping this TV can last for long enough.

Received this as a Christmas gift from my husband for my workout room so I can go on Youtube for workouts as well as download apps for my equipment. I was disappointed that I couldn't download my Echelon app, which is one of the reasons I wanted the TV....oh well. Otherwise the TV is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about three weeks ago. Great picture great sound. The only problem is that when you turn the TV off, and turn it back on, you always have to reset it to go back to the HDMI with the roku so you have to use two remotes

I have this tv going on 1 month and it has so far been an enjoyable experience. I am a big LG fan of the remote. The picture resolution is excellent for the price point. All of the major apps are preinstalled. You can not go wrong with the purchase.
