I will continue to purchase LG products for life due to excellent customer experiences that have my best result in mind, make me feel valued, and accountable for products they deliver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 4 weeks ago and have been very impressed! Setup was easy, and the LG Remote works smoothly for controlling functionality! The TV detects gaming consoles and automatically switches into low latency mode! This is the TV we keep in the family room for all activities and it works great! The only shortfall I see is the built in sounds, it's fine, but not immersive, so consider a full system or sound bar to support the experience if comprehensive sound is a goal!

It took a lot of adjusting and rereading the directions on the TV to set it up properly. I'm still mastering the remote. It was not easy to integrate with a Spectrum Cable DVR.

I'm still getting to know all the features with the TV but the smart remote is a great one to start with, being able to point and click is easier in most instances then scrolling to what you want. With my LG I am able to connect my sound bar and use both the TV speakers and sound bar, I wasn't able to do that with my previous TV. There are many apps available and there are TV channels outside of the apps without having a provider. I am very happy with the TV so far and would recommend this product.

Very happy with our purchase of LG 75UQ8000AUB thinQ TV. It is our first Smart TV and getting it set up was easy. Learning how to run TV apps was not to hard. We have been busy going through all that the TV can do. Enjoying watching movies and what regular TV can't give us. Best purchase as color and sound is excellent. The husband was thrilled he can read and see so much on the LG.

It's user friendly and has a great picture not to mention an easy to use remote which makes the whole experience altogether superb! This is my first LG product and I am sticking to this brand from now on. I highly recommend to everyone.

I bought the TV two weeks ago for my bead room. This is my 4th LG in last 10 years. I love the quality of the TV for the money spent and the color and brightness is great. LG makes commonsense driven features which I like. It has all the options I need; including a bluetooth feature which I use while my spouse is sleeping so, the sound does not keep her wake. Only complaint I have with the remote. The magic remote does not light up during dark hours and the bottons don't feel smoth like high end LG remote.

I especially love that I was able to raise the height and not need wall mounting. The only negative comment I have is the remote is very sensitive and takes some getting used to

I have found the set easy to use and set up. I will add a sound bar to enhance the audio but that was due to preference and not need.
