[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 86 inch tv I bought works great. The only suggestions I would like to see are more setup instructions such as blue tooth setups in print form included in the manual. Also the legs should be flat at the bottom for better support.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it's awesome! It goes beyond my expectations. The picture is clear, the sound is great and the apps are awesome. This replaced a smaller LG tv I purchased 9 years ago. It was such a great tv I decided to stay with LG and I'm so glad I did!

This television is outstanding and is extremally simple to use. It's light and so we wall mounted it and have had no issues since purchase beginning of January. The only set back (in my opinion) is the remote. It offers the use of a wireless "mouse arrow" and "mouse wheel" to use instead of arrow keys. Which isn't bad if you like that but it's rather sensitive and when bumped, it activates the wireless mouse options, which I don't like. Overall, I'm really pleased with the television. I use my own soundbar, so I can't comment on the sound but the picture is great and the price point is excellent.

I bought this TV about a month ago. Love everything about the Tv except the user's guide and the set-up instructions. As a member of the greatest generation, I'm not proficient in setting up electronic equipment. I need explicit instructions which is not provided in the box. Finally had to have my son set it up and explain to me how to maneuver around to get where I want to be. For the price everything else is great.

Had this tv for about a month now. Noticed it has a really hard time on dark screen segments. If it's a horror film or just a generally dark screen show you'll be let down. Very hard to see no matter what settings or how bright you make the screen. It's not terrible. Just disappointing. It also needs a sound bar added to it. The sound quality it comes with has a hard time projecting past 10ft or so.

Instead of having a simple OK ot SELECT button it has a tiny, hyper sensitive trac ball like feature that I simply cannot control. Thus is highly frustrating and is making it impossible to access streaming channels. I am going to have to reinstall my old Roku .

I bought this about three weeks ago due to my old tv suddenly stopped having a picture. After getting this all set up which was really easy I have really enjoyed the picture quality and screen. My old TV was a LG as well and lasted for close to 7 years, I am hoping this one last just as long.

We have owned our new 65” LG for 3 weeks and we are very happy with the sound and picture quality. Prior to this smart tv purchase, we used a Firestick for streaming and the speed of the firestick was faster than our LG. Also, occasionally our streaming is interrupted for no apparent reason. We have this issue with the log but no other TV's in our household that are receiving service via firestick. As a whole, we are happy with our purchase but these couple of annoyances are worth mentioning.

Everything is great just the warranty process takes a bit of time and still waiting on LG, but everything was great.
