Loved all the components it has but disappointed with the stitching coming apart from the side straps I have the photo of it, does not let me up load.

The zippers were very loose and kept opening up. My daughter's things kept falling out when she would set the back down because the zippers kept opening. She even lost her headphones case on the way home because the zippers opened while it was on her back and she didn't know until she got to the bus.

Absolutely incredible for the value! Build quality is very sturdy and the waterproof is a nice touch. More pockets than I could ever even use. Only minor complaints is the waterbottle holders are a bit shallow for tall water bottles, mine tend to fall out when I lift it off the ground rapidly from an angle. After using this I would never buy the $150 backpacks that it competes directly with!
