Love the size and travel aspects of this backpack. I have other Swissgear laptop backpacks and they can be clunky and heavy. This version is perfect for my needs. I liked how they organized all the pockets and laptop sleeve. I feel my laptop and Ipad will be nicely protected without loosing too much extra space in the bag. I plan to buy more for my coworkers and son.

If I could give zero stars I would, broke a laptop. Zippers are not able to withstand weight from a laptop (that was in the laptop sleeve). Zippers opened right up, laptop fell, and smashed a corner. Amazon has one half the price that is far better. My laptop is now severely dented and doesn’t close right. At least I got my money back when returning it, though a dented $900 laptop is no fun.

Found backpack to unzip and open up as you’re putting it on if the zippers were at the top when closed . If zippers were at the bottom, when zippers were closed, it didn’t have this problem. Backpack didn’t do well when it was getting full struggled to zip up. Stretch

Absolutely love this Laptop Backpack for my MacBook Air 15 M3 laptop. It has plenty of storage and I love all the labelled pockets inside for the charger and other accessories. It also does a wonderful job of protecting the laptop instead of a flimsy thin pad like most other laptop bags offer.

The overall quality was good and as expected for Swissgear but there is a major flaw that was unexpected. The zippers all of them are very loose and do not stay closed. Initially I thought I forgot to close them but after multiple instances I realized the issue was with with the backpack.

Nice backpack with good padding & plenty of room well designed pockets. BUT the zippers are weird…if they are both zipped up to the middle of the closure they will fall open. You have to zip them down one side of the closure to secure the bag, fI igured this out when I nearly dumped my laptop at the airport.

Awesome for college classes, lots of pockets, not super hot to wear.

Love the many pockets….it has a pocket for tablets, laptop, pencils, sunglasses, etc….I wish it came in many colors.

the zippers were not well made - got one and the zipper kept splitting, exchanged it with a new one, the zippers in the back kept sliding out while on my back, had to use safety pin to prevent the zipper from opening.

Got for work. I love the backpack for multiple electronics I need to cart while traveling. Unfortunately day 3 of use the inner pockets became completely unraveled.
