Never buy Epson. On 3/28/24 Epson updated printer drivers on 3/29/24 and no longer accept 3rd party cartridges (which I have used for 10 years). The computer just refuses and Epson cartridges are double the cost. Printer is WF-4833

Broken right out of the box. Unfortunately I didn’t open it right away and I had already filled with sublimation ink so the warranty was void. The feeder would not feed paper, it was missing a spring. I never even got to print a test print.

constant paper jams, if the paper doesn't jam up, it's because the rollers won't pull paper in. wont connect to wi fi. color is spotty. I've tried everything to get it to work.

I really like the printer. It really makes me fill good to know I will not waste money on ink. Even if I don't use it everyday. I recommend it to everyone looking for a wire less printer.

I work in IT and this model is complete junk! It failed with less than 20 jobs on it ,30 days after the 1 year warranty expired! So it did not get replaced or repaired. Brother makes monochrome laser printers for cheaper that last a good 5-10 years.

Just bought this and thought oh boy here we go. So easy, connects to my smartphone easy, walks with you step by step, then hooked it up to my computer, thought it would be hard, nah easy peasy. Thanks a bunch for making this so easy to hookup.

The app doesn;t allow to print b2b, apple air print not availabale, too slow to print a color print, it takes almost a min to complete color print that contains just color text

Please nobody buy this. Me buy after 2 months it not work nothing. Me my waste. I keep it Garbag. It not working update anything using by cable also. Please nobody buy this.

I extracted & downloaded all drivers but still would not connect without calling Epson. Maybe so they could sell me the extended warranty while they had me on the phone.

Worked for almost a year, printed 80 black pages and 120 color, the color tubes are still filled, black is 3/4 filled. No longer prints. The nozzle cleaner doesn't do anything.
