i have only had this since March. I converted it to sublimation like everyone else, printed 3-4 times a week filled ink up and was ready for my biggest order and it just kept saying error, something is at its life end. with ink filled and orders to do I was so disappointed because it's not that old.

My first EcoTank Epson and overall I am pleased. Setup was a bit cumbersome. Biggest issue is no air print but that is my fault for not researching more before purchasing. I was able to print from my iPhone and iPad using the Smart Panel so all is good.

Bought this printer as a result of internet search for "Epson printers compatible with Windows XP. Listed several other models that were also "compatible". This is not true. There is no driver available that works with XP. Now have 15 years worth of documents, music scores, photos that I can view but not print. Should have taken better care of my Canon Pixma.

I am so disappointed with this printer. I'm a first time Epson printer owner so I figured there would be a learning curve in setting up versus HP and Canon printers. Yes it took all afternoon to hook it up to our Wifi (crazy!) and having to add new print drivers to our Mac. But now we realized you can't print from your iPhone or iPad. There is an app they say to use but it doesn't allow printing from any websites or your own email accounts. No internet printing functionality at all.

This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 Wireless Color Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. After using this printer for a few weeks, I found it to be an exceptional printer/scanner. It was super easy to setup using the Epson Smart Panel app. The included instructions go through in detail on how to fill the tanks with the ink provided. You do have to wait for the ink to charge before using the printer. The printer provides great quality prints and my kids have been using it for their school projects. The colors are as expected, and prints come out quickly. Only thing I wish they had was 2-sided printing. The scanning feature is also easy to use with the smart panel app. Having the capability to print from a mobile phone is also a great feature and easy to use and setup. The printer is compact and can easily fit in small spaces.

The bottles have click lock so if all ink is not used the bottles can be stored with no fear of leakage. Setup was a pain using the iOS app… it took me nearly 2 hours just to get it connected to my Wi-Fi. When I finally got it connected, the app couldn’t connect or recognize and communicate with the printer and so I had to set up the connection again. The printer is rather quiet compared to other printers I have owned, not the fastest print job but with good quality comes sacrifice. The quality of the photo printing is excellent on plain paper and glossy photo paper. Document printing is crisp and consistent. Photo upload to compare photo printing. I purchased this printer/scanner to replace a Canon Pixma which was not intuitive at all. Also, it made terrible copies and prints. This Epson prints very nice and set up is easy if you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Take your time and you will be happy with this unit. However, I had an issue when trying to register the product online. The form required you to enter the product "Serial Number". I found it inside the door in the front. When trying to enter this number, a message came up, " Please enter a valid serial number". I tried several times then decided to check the label on the box which had the exact same serial number. Although it had a product number as well. I entered the product number which worked. This unit was made in Thailand...it's all in the translation.

I purchased this printer for my 2nd residence because I love my other Epson EcoTank printer. But once I got it hooked up I found that printing is almost impossible from my iPhone and Chromebook. You have to go into their app to print and it doesn’t allow for a seem less process. I’ll be taking this back to buy a better model that is Air Print compatible.

I just bought it. I can not for the life of me connect it to wifi.. I did find a usb and connected to my computer. So that works so far so good that way . It was a lengthy set up. I didn't like that. And I have another epson printer loved it and it was an easy set up. I also don't like that this doesn't have a lcd screen. I will up date the more I use it. So far it prints fast when connected.

This printer was the best I’ve ever used the technology is so simple and you wish it was around a lot sooner. The ink lasts a long time and the bottles are convenient to store. I really love the fast printing and the sophisticated look of this machine. I knew once I opened the box this was a premium tip of the line printer this can be utilized in any setting.
