I’m really pleased with the quality and ease of use. The refillable ink is great and it doesn’t a lot great for home and small businesses.

Our old HP inkjet printer finally gave out and, in looking for a replacement, I read rave reviews about this printer. I’m glad I heeded the advice of others, because this printer is a gem! It was so easy to install. You can download the app and it leads you, step by step, through the entire set up process with easy to understand instructions. The printer is so easy to use and both the scanner and copy functions are easy to follow.

Great product I was looking for a printer that copied and print as well as no need for cartridges. This is more cost effective for my family as we print a lot. So far it’s been great and the print quality and copies have been clear and crisp

I wish I would have upgraded sooner! This printer is so easy to set up and use from all our devices. I’ve printed photos, basic documents legal docs and even some high quality transfers. The instructions are easy to follow. I can connect from my cell or use the WiFi connection from any other device

This product is great just use the USB option of first install /wifi connection....it's easier on everyone lol also I was able to use cords from my other epson so dont fret if you dont have the USB just take it from the previous printer if you have one lol

If you print large amounts the refillable tanks is the way to go You can exceed the price of you printer in a year. Ink replacement cartridges can be extremely expensive I buy large bottles of ink and refill my bottles that are adapted to fill my printer. This can save you a lot of money

Contrary to some others' reviews, this ET-2400 does not utilize AirPrint. I even contacted Epson support and they said this is basically the only Epson printer that does not. However, you can download the Epson app to set up the printer from your iPad or iPhone and then you can tap the "share button" on the page you want to print, scroll to the bottom and tap on "print with Epson" and it works as easily as Apple AirPrint. You must install the Epson app on each device from which you want to print. Otherwise, I am happy with the printer, it was easy to set up using the Epson app on my iPad, it is easy to fill the ink tanks and the print is acceptable. I have only had it a week, so I cannot speak to longevity.

I am an older individual, and I don't understand why the cost to print an instruction booklet is so costly. Every thing is done online I use to be able to insert a disk and the printer is set up. Now you have to do everything through your phone, which gets a little complicated for us senior folks. If I could not of got it to work, I would have to returned it. But I got it up and thankfully it is working ok.

Not happy, took 3 hours to set up and still does not work properly. Many problems. I bought it at Sam’s. I went on the internet and it told me it was not returnable. I’m going to call customer service and find out why not since it is a LEMON.

the printer does not seem to print consistently. in other words, i can print two pages no worries, then the 3rd, theres some sort of issue, whether it a connection issue , a jam, but without fail, without any variable being introduced, some issue will arise causing unnecessary headaches
