I'm really pleased with the quality and ease of use. The refillable ink is great and it doesn't a lot great for home and small businesses.

My daughter loves the Eco Tank and works well with the Epson machine. The colors are vibrant and easy to use. No problems filling the cartridges and the Ink last for longer periods of time. It is constantly used for her class. It has been a good investment and recommends the Epson over a few other machines.

Our old HP inkjet printer finally gave out and, in looking for a replacement, I read rave reviews about this printer. I'm glad I heeded the advice of others, because this printer is a gem! It was so easy to install. You can download the app and it leads you, step by step, through the entire set up process with easy to understand instructions. The printer is so easy to use and both the scanner and copy functions are easy to follow.

This product is great just use the USB option of first install /wifi connection....it's easier on everyone lol also I was able to use cords from my other epson so dont fret if you dont have the USB just take it from the previous printer if you have one lol

I wish I would have upgraded sooner! This printer is so easy to set up and use from all our devices. I've printed photos, basic documents legal docs and even some high quality transfers. The instructions are easy to follow. I can connect from my cell or use the WiFi connection from any other device

the printer does not seem to print consistently. in other words, i can print two pages no worries, then the 3rd, theres some sort of issue, whether it a connection issue , a jam, but without fail, without any variable being introduced, some issue will arise causing unnecessary headaches

piece of garbage. color quality off, constant paper jams, random ink blotches, wont stay connected to wifi, even worse than the printer i bought it to replace. gave it a week to see if i could get it to function properly and that was a waste of my time. i never leave reviews normally but i think everybody should be aware Not to buy this.

This is a terrible printer. I used it maybe 5 times and it stopped printing with color, just black and white. Tried troubleshooting the issue with no solution so I cleaned the print heads thinking there was maybe a clog. Now the printer is simultaneously flashing the wifi, ink, and paper lights and even with software fully updated the printer is now a huge paper weight. I now have to buy a new printer but will not buy another one of these.

Bought this printer just over a year ago. It's officially a paperweight. Have used less than 10 times. It won't print!! Even after topping up the tanks, running the PRINTER HEAD CLEANING...Nothing. Blank pages. Completely dissatisfied with this product.

DO NOT BUY. I had this printer for a few months past the return window and barely used it. It is now not working and after calling EPSON support, they are sending me a refurbished replacement. I wanted to exchange and pay for a better model but could not.
