Instructions are confusing. I am not able to get this piece of junk to communicate with my MacBook Air. I have the latest software on my computer and installed updates on the printer followed the instructions and all I get every time is “communication error” with no help to identify what the error is. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER.

This printer has been aggravating since my church purchased for me. It doesn't have a screen and you pretty much have to use the app on your phone to print, copy, etc. You can copy but you have to literally press the button and print one at a time . The connection to WiFi is give or take. If you can spend more, do so and buy a different printer! I'm pretty much stuck with this one and can only pray it does what I need it to do.

Once I got it connected to the internet, it works beautifully and fast. Trying to get it connected, I ran into a problem and called Epson for help. She erroneously told me I needed to purchase a driver which had to be installed by Epson, at a cost of $100. This was in fact, false information. So, if you have to call Epson for help, don't let them tell you that you need to purchase anything else.

I converted this printer into a sublimation printer. Very easy setup. Very user friendly. Meets all of my sublimation needs.

Very dull color printing. Have had a lot of black blotches requiring reprinting. Would not recommend.

The printer is very good for the price. Most importantly, it came with ink that will last for a while unlike printers that come with ink that lasts for a short time.

I can't install it. Super complicated!!! For me, the hardest part is not having a visor to make it easier. So I'll be returning it. I lost to my daughter; I spent 2 hours helping her, trying out its features, and we couldn't manage it.

Went i the site looking for a regular printer and found this one even though it was a little more expensive the ink is going to last longer and will be easier to refill then others ive had in the past

I spent hours trying to get it to work properly. Total junk software and no support from manufacturer Ended up in the trash Last time I will buy Epson. Junk in the trash.
