really hard to connect to wifi... should be way easier... it shows up in Bluetooth on phone but it won't connect that way you should be able to just add your password but nope...you have to set up in the "epson app" and it is not clear instructions... and my cousin has one also but she said if you don't print something out every week your lines clog and you have to take the machine apart to unclog... if that's the case... there should also be a easier way to clean if you need to.... very disappointed

While Epson printers are quality printers, this model was a disappointment. It indicates "WiFi" on the box and printer, but it does not support Apple Airprint. If you need to be able to print from your iPad or iPhone wirelessly, don't buy this printer.

If you print large amounts the refillable tanks is the way to go You can exceed the price of you printer in a year. Ink replacement cartridges can be extremely expensive I buy large bottles of ink and refill my bottles that are adapted to fill my printer. This can save you a lot of money

Enjoy the inking system, printed text, but did not realize the scope & lack of a legacy paper storage system versus hopper fed paper during printing. Overall 5-star rating for ease of setup; intuitive design to ramp up user knowledge & competency; as well as ink filling of ink well a delight! I bought one I only used it 2 times and it didn't work anymore the worst thing is that the tina cat didn't work the charge for revision is almost half the value...

Difficult to setup and print quality was inferior. Have had HP products prior and decided to upgrade to 6000 series due to inefficiency of this model. I am satisfied with my purchase of the 6000 series over this model.

I have only had it for this long and the feeder doesn't feed the paper through gets jammed and it s like it won't feed straight in to the printer from paper top feed

i would like to return this printer , its takes long to print in colors and to install. if i was able to return i would send it back. but i guess i miss my deadline. 😔😒☹️

Great product I was looking for a printer that copied and print as well as no need for cartridges. This is more cost effective for my family as we print a lot. So far it’s been great and the print quality and copies have been clear and crisp

very fair for a mid line printer my iPhone unable to see printer needs to use epson app no problem with seeing on android phone
