Just a warning!!! To set up this printer, you have to download an app, connect the printer through the app, and then print from there. It took me about an hour just to get it connected to Wi-Fi. Once it finally worked, it took 3 minutes to print just one image on flyer paper, extremely slow. I even tried looking up ways to speed it up, but nothing helped. Definitely something to keep in mind before buying!

If you print large amounts the refillable tanks is the way to go You can exceed the price of you printer in a year. Ink replacement cartridges can be extremely expensive I buy large bottles of ink and refill my bottles that are adapted to fill my printer. This can save you a lot of money

I love this printer! it was easy to set up because I was able to use my phone for part of the set up. I love that I only need to buy whichever color ink is running out! I don't have to buy a color cartridge if just blue is empty. I definitely recommend this printer!

I am an older individual, and I don't understand why the cost to print an instruction booklet is so costly. Every thing is done online I use to be able to insert a disk and the printer is set up. Now you have to do everything through your phone, which gets a little complicated for us senior folks. If I could not of got it to work, I would have to returned it. But I got it up and thankfully it is working ok.

Difficult to setup and print quality was inferior. Have had HP products prior and decided to upgrade to 6000 series due to inefficiency of this model. I am satisfied with my purchase of the 6000 series over this model.

Enjoy the inking system, printed text, but did not realize the scope & lack of a legacy paper storage system versus hopper fed paper during printing. Overall 5-star rating for ease of setup; intuitive design to ramp up user knowledge & competency; as well as ink filling of ink well a delight! Thank you so much Epson and Sam's Club for this economic offer!

Once I got it connected to the internet, it works beautifully and fast. Trying to get it connected, I ran into a problem and called Epson for help. She erroneously told me I needed to purchase a driver which had to be installed by Epson, at a cost of $100. This was in fact, false information. So, if you have to call Epson for help, don't let them tell you that you need to purchase anything else.

Instructions are confusing. I am not able to get this piece of junk to communicate with my MacBook Air. I have the latest software on my computer and installed updates on the printer followed the instructions and all I get every time is “communication error” with no help to identify what the error is. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER.

really hard to connect to wifi... should be way easier... it shows up in Bluetooth on phone but it won't connect that way you should be able to just add your password but nope...you have to set up in the "epson app" and it is not clear instructions... and my cousin has one also but she said if you don't print something out every week your lines clog and you have to take the machine apart to unclog... if that's the case... there should also be a easier way to clean if you need to.... very disappointed

This printer has been aggravating since my church purchased for me. It doesn't have a screen and you pretty much have to use the app on your phone to print, copy, etc. You can copy but you have to literally press the button and print one at a time . The connection to WiFi is give or take. If you can spend more, do so and buy a different printer! I'm pretty much stuck with this one and can only pray it does what I need it to do.
