Had a old Hp printer don’t use it regularly so the ink cartridge would dry up quick if it wasn’t used regularly This printer sits for 3-4 weeks or more I turn it on and prints with o issues wish had this printer before the Hp I would’ve saved a fortune on cartridges This liquid ink last forever 10x more than a cartridge printer

I bought this as I also have another Epson and I figured it would be as seamless as my previous installation, and I was dead wrong. Why on earth would you create a printer that does not allow air printing?! I’m taking it back. Do not buy! It worked fine with older Windows versions but this printer is not compatible with my new Windows 11 ARM. Epson is 2 months late is providing drivers compatible with this processor and has no idea when they will be available. For now I have a very expensive paper weight and will need to go buy another printer (not Epson).

I purchased this printer for my 2nd residence because I love my other Epson EcoTank printer. But once I got it hooked up I found that printing is almost impossible from my iPhone and Chromebook. You have to go into their app to print and it doesn’t allow for a seem less process. I’ll be taking this back to buy a better model that is Air Print compatible.

I am ready to throw my printer in the trash. Bought it on October 22, 2023. I've printed a total of 70 black and white pages and 55 color pages, that's it. I have to have the printer clean the heads every time I want to use it and now it says I need yellow and cyan ink. I can't even see through these cloudy windows for the ink so I can see how high or low my ink is in the first place!! UGH!!! Waste of money

We have always purchased HP Printers, but decided to try Epson because of the EcoTank. As a business printer, it's truly abysmal. It is exceptionally slow printing and copying, as well as very loud. It will sometimes just start marking noise when it hasn't had a required function in over 10 minutes. It will often print with a line through a page or miss a line when copying. It cannot handle printing two sided to two sided copies. The color is often very odd, with a washed out look. The tray can only handle a limited amount of pages for copying or faxing. It constantly disconnects from the computer and we have to turn it on and off or reconnect it altogether. I'll go back to HP for our next printer.

I bought this so I had a printer that saved on ink costs. It was extremely hard to set up to wifi, just did not want to connect! It does not print two-sided ro scan multiple pages so it's only good for someone who does not work from home or has no need of these features. I ended up giving it to my nephew to print his papers for school. NOT a good printer for multiple uses.

Be very careful this does not print on two side, so your cost of paper goes up and your time goes way up! I never though any one would make such a obsolete product so I had it order, my bad. Keep your stapler handy!!! This printer will cost you a lot!!!!

When you print photos on good glossy quality paper, the sheet get stucked inside the printer and you have to start one again, with waste of ink and paper. And when the print goes through, sometimes it shows colored stripes at the bottom of the page. This happens 2 out of 5 times you try to print a photo. It works fine only when you print regular documents, but not photos. Very disappointed

I had an epson 2800 (which does use a different ink bottle) and a piece of copper came out of it, but my son had knocked it down and it stopped feeding paper. I went ahead and got this model out of urgency, it does just fine! It's even using HP paper without being finicky. Every now and then i get a little sludgey smear of ink. I print once a week because my 2800 got clogged on blue and running the cleaning commands use a lot of printer life, especially power clean. Scanner works well snd the epson app is really helpful
